"The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walking from the centre. La neteja de les habitations est fa diariament. Tot i que l'hotel dispose de parking va parcar al parking público que hi ha just al frente (3'5€/nit). The llit ens has seemed to be a comfortable force."

GGuest UserIn my opinion one of the best 4* hotels in Andorra.
It is very well located, both for shopping and for skiing.
A luxury spa, quiet and with all services working.
The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square.
The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied.
I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio.

AAlvinEnnFeeling a bit tired of Barcelona, I bought a bus ticket and came to Andorra. This hotel was a last-minute booking. When I booked it, I noticed it was part of the SLH alliance, which made me think it must be good. And to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations! Because it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! It was clean and luxuriously decorated. It happened to be raining that day, so I didn't go out much and quietly enjoyed my time alone in the hotel. Of course, what touched me most was the friendly service of all the staff. Every time I passed the front desk, they greeted me warmly and asked if I was comfortable. In short, everything was wonderful! Although I don't know when I'll be able to come back to this small, beautiful country of Andorra again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was good, but it was very bad and they say it's why it's a thermal water area, something that's not because it's but because of problems in the dishes, they say they're going to give me a solution and nothing. Having rooms available when I come back I still have the same problem no simple environment and when I talk to the reception boy that is another then they offer you the change of room but it was already late because they didn't give me that option and a The hotel is a hotel with a large number of guests, and the hotel is a hotel with a large number of guests.

AAlita浪跡天使Convenient shuttle with Andbus. Very friendly staff and useful info at the front desk. Great location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and dry cleaner nearby. Only downside: no fridge in the hotel. Highly recommend the nearby 13.5 bar!

the parking lot be careful to book in advance because there is not enough space for everyone, very narrow, be careful when maneuvering.
the equipment is good but a little dated still swimming pool heated to 30°c and jaccusi to 35.5°c perfect for relaxing just a musty smell..

small downside there is only one terrace in this hotel it is great because on the rooftop beautiful view but its access is prohibited after 8:00 p.m. (we can understand to avoid the risk of falling or others especially since the hotel has 10 floors) too bad if we want to sit down to smoke a cigarette or a cigar
the rooms are too heated for my taste, will please those who are cold
