This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby attractions. The staff were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff kindly helped call a taxi for me free of charge when I wanted to visit nearby tourist spots. also able to do an early check-in, which was a big plus after a long journey. The room was new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and excellent. There were complimentary snacks and unlimited drinking water provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, there is a hot pot restaurant at the street corner near the hotel — the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. If I have the chance to visit Luoyang again, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Facilities: This is a very new hotel, and the price is really good. The bedding is very good, the shower head has a very even and powerful water flow, and the room has its own capsule coffee machine. There are two free cups of capsule coffee for you to drink, and there are also some drinks and snacks in the mini refrigerator. It was pretty standard, but the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Environment: Located next to Angeles City, just 10m walk to Angeles City. It is very convenient and there is a food street nearby. You basically don't have to move when you live here. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food. The beef noodles are pretty good, there are many varieties of fruits, and there are also some desserts and cakes. Entertainment: The downstairs of the hotel restaurant turns into a small bar at night, which is quite lively. It also has a gym, laundry room, etc., which are all quite good. Overall, the price/performance ratio of this location is very high. It is the newest hotel in Xuchang. The choice of this hotel is quite a plus for this trip. Although it is located in Pangdonglai Angel City, the hotel is very quiet. The sound insulation is also very good. After staying in this hotel, I fell in love with Hyatt hotels. The experience and cost performance are very good.

Facilities: The facilities are advanced and complete, the whole house is smart, there is also a laundry room and gym, the laundry room and dryer are very fast and convenient! Hygiene: The room is very new and there are no sanitary dead spots! They must be well maintained 👍The sandals and slippers used for bathing are all disinfected and packaged. Not many hotels can do this!  Environment: The decoration and design of the lobby and rooms are very high-end. The suites costing more than 400 yuan are so worth it! The breakfast room is decorated like a high-end Western restaurant! Service: The service of the aunt and the young lady in the restaurant is very good. The noodle cooking aunt took the initiative to ask me what I would like to eat and the young lady brought it to the table! The team is very professional! Come here often!

The overall room size is quite small, no particularly large rooms. They provided two bottles of Haibi (a type of drink) in the room, but only on the first day. I booked for three days, and there were none on the second and third days. Even as a platinum member, I didn't receive any welcome fruit, and there was no farewell gift upon check-out (though I saw plenty at the bar). The good thing is that they offered warm water when it was cold, and I'd ask for a bottle every time I came back. I booked a scenic room with a view of the Drum Tower, but it was quite hot during the day. There's only a small round table in the room, not suitable for working. The soundproofing is very poor. I checked in at 2 PM, specifically requested not to have a corner room, but ended up with one next to the equipment room (which is a corner room). The noise was significant. Breakfast has deteriorated a lot; the taste is noticeably worse now. I've been coming here for business trips on and off for over two years, and this experience was definitely not good.

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

Due to an unexpected event, I ended up stranded in Luoyang and quickly chose the Ramada by Wyndham Luoyang. It turned out to be a great choice. In terms of location, it's incredibly convenient, very close to both Metro Line 1 and Line 2, about a 2-minute walk. Plus, it's near the train station, surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and shopping areas, so you can always explore and never get bored. There's a wide variety of options, especially the mall in front with numerous eateries and a huge supermarket. Within a kilometer, there's also an old-style food street, offering a different vibe. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is tidy and clean. The front desk staff were efficient and quick to respond. I particularly appreciate that they considered my 'preferences' indicated during booking, arranging a relatively quiet room on a higher floor, away from the elevators. Although the hotel is on a main road, even with the window slightly open at night, it wasn't noisy. While the view outside was mostly buildings, I could still glimpse the distant city skyline. The room rate was quite reasonable, yet the room itself was spacious enough for a sofa and a coffee table, with plenty of extra space. For a short stay, having more room to move around is definitely a plus. I ended up staying in Luoyang for two unexpected days and decided to explore the area. Surprisingly, the scenery this season was quite pleasant. If I have free time when spring arrives, I'll definitely return to visit again.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

This time I spent a short trip of three days and two nights in the hotel. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel at home, and this perfect experience is inseparable from the attentive service of the staff Shiying! On the day of check-in, Shiying greeted us at the door with a bright smile, took the initiative to help with luggage, guided check-in, and carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel guides. The hotel environment is very beautiful, with a sunken courtyard, a holy place for holiday relaxation, rich breakfast variety, local special snacks and Western meals, you can relax and entertain, you can also swim and exercise, very clean If the full score is 5 points, I will give 6 points! The extra 1 point must be given to Shiying-her enthusiasm, meticulousness and professionalism make this trip full of human touch. Come to Luoyang again in the future, this is definitely my only choice! It is also highly recommended to all friends who pursue quality service and warm experience

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English. One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish
