GGuest UserI arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

GGuest UserCouldnt get proper sleep creeking roof, could hear guy sleeping above snoring and creecking noises when ever he moved. Manager needs to sleep in room 29 have someone sleep in the above room to experience this. Bad sound proofing even for a 2star hotel. Dont expect this from a 4star claiming hotel.
Stained carpets as well, room needs redecoration its tired

Hhwf hwfThe room facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained. The shower water pressure is good, and the drainage works perfectly. The bed is old and a bit uneven, and the towels are worn. Overall, it's a good experience with reasonable pricing and good value for money.

MMai BerckmansThe receptionist is extremely friendly. Clean room, fresh linen and towels, available teas/coffee and decent breakfast. All you need for a quick getaway without any hassle.
They even provided disposable coffee cup thus you can take out hot drinks right after breakfast.

AAmeen0607I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great choice if you’re looking to relax away from the noise and bustle of the city.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to unwind. I also appreciated the ample parking facilities, which made things very convenient for those traveling by car.
However, one downside is that there are no nearby commercial centers, so finding food or groceries requires some planning or travel. Additionally, while breakfast was available, the options were somewhat limited and could definitely be improved.
Overall, it’s a good option for a quiet and comfortable stay, especially if you don’t mind being a bit far from shops and dining option

SShepShepThe trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

CCMarieP86A lovely building and entrance, including a lovely garden and fountain. Very clean and classy, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, so modern and clean with plenty of floor space and storage. Big smart tv, hair dryer, iron and board, free mini toiletries, tea/coffee, full length mirror…couldn’t have asked for more at such a reasonable price for the room! Only thing was the room felt extremely hot when I first checked in (even though radiator was not on). I asked at reception if I could have a fan as windows barely open and a few minutes later it was brought to my room! Restaurant and bar great, breakfast lovely…highly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserUnfortunately this did not live upto our expectations, from being told on arrival we would need to check out earlier than our 1pm check out time due to work being carried out in the hotel, which also caused us to not be able to go to the spa on the time we had booked due to this work. Not once were we told before hand or while booking that this was the case. We were then told they had emailed us prior to arriving stating this which wasn’t true. We then went to the spa and was welcomed with workers walking in and out from outside with dirty work boots and leaving outside doors open so it was freezing and all could smell was wet paint.

GGuest UserSpacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Regular cleaning, savory breakfast to order in the restaurant, very reasonable prices for catering, friendly staff. No hair dryer and bring a shower cap because the shower head is high and fixed. Very quiet and well-insulated hotel. Excellent value for money
