GGuest UserI recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression.
The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue.
The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours.
Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung.
Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

VVenisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we canât dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. Thatâs why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they canât let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and canât take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

GGuest UserHad a pleasant say on Eid al-Adha with my little family. The breakfast served Nasi Kebuli, Opor, Rendang, and choices of Indonesian food so we can taste Raya Day in an elevated way (+with no hustle!)⨠Thereâs plenty of Western Food choices as well. The hotel also arranged Eid prayer on the ballroom. Tried 3 of the pools here and all of them have no warm water. Although a warm pool (esp for kids) might be nice to have, considering the weather a lil bit cold. Hoping we can come back soonâ¨

AAnonymous UserStaffs are fantastic and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and waterflow in bathroom is strong. I like that there's bathtub and separate shower. Almost perfect except for few improvements. Still a highly recommended hotel and definitely will consider staying here again.
Pros; walking distance to Braga Street, super strong (cold) aircon, wide range of breakfast, staff will text me daily on housekeeping as we put âdo not disturbâ.
Cons: lobby upgrading, walls are so thin I can hear next unit's snoring, drawing of curtains.

We tried the delman ride and bicycle which will add to our stay experiences.
The only recommendation is to fix the taste and varieties of the breakfast foods as it honestly could be more improvised.

FFrederick_WongWe stayed at Hotel Indigo Bandung in a Suite King room, which was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for a family stay.
While the hotel has fewer facilities compared to some larger resorts and the swimming pool is relatively small, the overall environment was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast without many standout items, but it was sufficient for a relaxed morning.
Overall, the large suite and comfortable setting made it a good option for a family holiday.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come backđ¤

NNana&BtSecond time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city.
I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service.
This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient.
The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak.
The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu.
Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotelâs breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requestsâor recommend special breakfast items on the menuâmade our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
