I really liked the hotel, starting from the location, namely near a large market where you can buy fresh vegetables or seafood and also many cafes. The hotel room is clean, daily cleaning. The hotel staff is very responsible in fulfilling their duties, and is also always friendly. I used the laundry service, it is very convenient and is included in the cost of accommodation.

The hotel was a bit dated but very clean. They didn’t provide toothbrushes but you can purchase them in the lobby. The staff were kind and helpful. The gym was surprisingly very good for a hotel of this size!

This property has a theme park on site which makes it a typical choice for family with kids. The room is big but wear and tear is obvious, it is stripped of any usual toiletries and coffee/tea bags which are usually common for 4* properties. The only option is to purchase at the mart downstairs or have your meals at restaurants on site. The restaurants on site like many theme park hotels are overpriced. It makes one feel bad for families where its either cook or have to pay exorbitant prices. Maybe they should at least keep up to 4* property's room conveniences to justify its 4*. For breakfast it is possible to grab some bread from the hotel's Italian lounge or Starbucks, they are at about the same price point.

Plus: There was no holiday season when I stayed at the hotel, which made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool, which is open from 09:00 to 20:00, was available only for me. I highly recommend the 5 PM boat tour—it was one of the best experiences in Tongyeong. The staff is very kind. The room with a balcony overlooking the sea is fantastic. Minus: There was only one restaurant offering grilled dishes for dinner. I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel, as they exceptionally did not offer breakfast during my stay. The hotel is located far from the city center, main harbor, and sightseeing spots. Take a taxi if you don’t have your own car.

The separate reception and accommodation buildings were a bit inconvenient, especially in the cold winter. Having the annex bath in the reception building meant walking past guests checking in or dining, which made me wonder why the resort was designed with such a layout. The dinner, which I had high expectations for based on reviews, didn't quite meet them. Although the menu suggested a course meal, all the dishes were served at once. The sashimi was enjoyable even cold, but the steak that followed was completely cold, which was really disappointing. It seemed the delay in serving the steak was due to the staff attending to new check-ins, but I would have expected them to at least check the food temperature. Even the dessert sherbet was so frozen I had to chip away at it instead of scooping it smoothly. This was supposed to be a gourmet and relaxing trip with my mom. Overall, I was satisfied, but these small details were a letdown, as true satisfaction often comes from the details. The incense and tea, however, were excellent.

I love staying at the hotel , even though it's very far from the city, but its okey. I think its about 30mins ride from airport. The location is less than 7 minutes to the outlet. They have laundry room and 7-Eleven store in the basement floor. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our room is very spacious with kitchen. They even have microwave and water dispenser on our floor.

The location of the hotel was very friendly. There were many restaurants around, so it was easy to eat and there were many menus. Unfortunately, it was inconvenient to enter the parking lot and there was not much parking space. If you contact me in advance, it was okay to come down and help me park.

There's ramen scratch on the floor, so I'm a little disappointed. Thank you for processing it immediately after requesting re-cleaning from the company. The suite is spacious, so the floor is a bit sticky, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, I am satisfied with the kindness..

I stayed at the Sol Beach Namhae in a Deluxe Twin room for one night. This trip was with my mother, so I prioritized room condition and ease of access, and overall, I was very satisfied. The Deluxe Twin room was great because it had separate beds, allowing two people to sleep comfortably, and the room was kept immaculately clean. The view of the Namhae sea from the window was particularly impressive, and simply spending time in the room felt incredibly healing. The resort also had well-maintained walking paths and amenities, perfect for a leisurely stroll with my mother to enjoy the sea views. Just relaxing at the accommodation without a packed itinerary made for a thoroughly satisfying trip. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. I would highly recommend this resort for family trips with parents or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It was a wonderful trip to Namhae where we made some great memories.

The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. The surrounding amenities were excellent, and the service was attentive and patient. If your budget allows, I highly recommend staying here; you won't be disappointed. It was a fantastic experience.
