The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special 💖

Higher indian class, car parking possible for free, large room, hot water

Sagar international has been one of the best hotels in durga for ages now, the highlight being it's walking distance from the railway station. The hotel infrastructure is like any 4 star hotel and staff in general is good. However there are a lot of things you will need to take note off: 1) room category and pricing: we took a penthouse room looking at the size of 400 sq feet and pics. However, the room category doesn't exist! the room provided was a galaxy room which was almost half the size and definitely not the one in pics. I paid for the room whereas the hotel reception's rate card for a galaxy room was with a 24 hours checkin/ checkout model. The reception staff never agreed to this though. Hence, as a suggestion, look at multiple rooms across categories and then choose your room. Also, check the ac functioning before hand. 2) the breakfast included is very basic. Don't expect much. 3) the room service food is fast but very passable. Order room service only if you need to. You will get far better food nearby or through zomato at half the price. We did a late checkout for an additional amount which was quite ok.

Breakfast is good, there is a swimming pool gym, and the staff is very helpful to help with luggage.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Location is very close to bhilai power house railway station and busstop. Walkable distance. Hardly 2km to bhilai steel plant. The hotel is well maintained, very good room service and staff is well mannered

Good experience. Courtyard has its own brand value due to its service.
