Excellent hotel with great location for all the tourist spots. Thousand hotel is a 10min walk to Tianmen mountain. The rooms are great with modern technology and great sizes, especially for families. Good range of breakfast to start your day. The staff were very considerate and welcoming although we don’t speak Chinese Thanks to the hotel staff

Beautiful, modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. The rooms weren't very soundproofed though. Excellent location, only 10-12 minutes drive away from East Gate entry to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Staff was very helpful, our butler Clare assisted with organising activities in the area. The breakfast was okay, could be slightly better quality.

Staying at this B&B in Changsha was an absolute game-changer! It's incredibly close to Wuyi Square, IFS, and Pozi Street. You can explore, eat, and shop without feeling rushed, making it easy to enjoy Changsha's main commercial areas. The B&B's aesthetics are also top-notch, with a strong sense of design that's perfect for photos. And they really spared no expense on amenities: latex mattresses and goose down bedding provide a super soft, cloud-like feel that instantly melts away travel fatigue. The hotel room was exceptionally spacious with a classic decor, and the bedding was of very high quality and incredibly comfortable. The butler service exceeded my expectations and truly impressed me. Before check-in, the butler, Grace, proactively contacted me to inquire about my needs. Throughout my stay, whatever I required, the butler responded promptly and resolved my issues, making me feel exceptionally cared for. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, with a diverse breakfast selection and a pleasant restaurant ambiance. Highly recommended!

I arrived at 9 AM to check in and was told the room wasn't ready yet as it hadn't been vacated or cleaned. However, thanks to the front desk supervisor's excellent coordination, my parents were able to check in early and settle in comfortably. I booked a super large double room, and it really was huge – you could almost call it a small ballroom! The room's facilities were clean and tidy. The rice noodles for breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Before we left, the supervisor even thoughtfully arranged a high-speed rail drop-off service for us.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The hotel's parking lot is huge and free, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, ensuring a high-quality rest.

新發現的一家酒店，剛好朋友要過來，抱着試試就下單了，朋友説入住體驗還很不錯，專門要我來説説，服務蠻熱情的，一進門就主動問好，工作人員也會倒茶，房間衞生也做的挺到位的，旁邊吃的很多，有一家火鍋店味道也很不錯。以後來這邊首先考慮這家酒店了。

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such an outstanding female front desk service! 👍👍👍👍👍 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful! The location is superb, right in the middle of the ancient city, by the Cui Cui performance area on the Tuojiang River, which is very lively! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, leaving me feeling joyful and relaxed! I genuinely didn't want to leave here; I wish I could stay long-term and enjoy this rare quality service!!! Fenghuang Ancient City is simply beautiful!!!

We are traveling to Changsha for the first time and booked Changsha Starwood Future Hotel (South High-speed Railway Station). The rooms on the top floor are very large and comfortable, with a panoramic view of the beautiful night view at night. Especially the hotel Mr. Luo is very caring for us, pick up the station, send the station to carry the luggage, arrange breakfast, the service is very comprehensive. If you come to Changsha next time, this must be our first choice! 💯👍
