This hotel is exactly as advertised. The butler service was exceptionally good, definitely one of the main reasons I'd recommend staying here. They were patient and meticulous, arranging airport and scenic area transfers for us, and even upgraded our room. We had a panoramic view of Tianmen Cave right from our bed! When we arrived late, they even sent us the hotel restaurant menu in advance. The hotel's overall facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. A friendly heads-up: the hotel is located near the airport runway, so there will be flights taking off and landing at night, though they stop after midnight. If you're a light sleeper or go to bed early, I'd suggest opting for an inner garden view room instead.

Super nice place and the staff is incredibly helpful!The location is great only a couple of minutes walk to the bus station to the zhangjiajie mountains, 72 floor building and the south railway station plus the tiananmen cable car station is about 15 minute walk.

The hotel's parking lot is huge and free, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, ensuring a high-quality rest.

Service: Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, the service here is top-notch! From the moment I arrived until I left, they thought of every single detail for the guests. 1. They handled my luggage, and since you need to change into slippers before entering the room, guests' shoes are kept in a shoe cabinet in the entryway. They even offer to clean and dry your shoes, and I've never seen a hotel that carefully wipes all four wheels of your suitcase – but this one did! 2. As soon as I entered the lobby reception area, they warmly offered tea and water. When taking breakfast orders, they would even squat down to meticulously ask each person what they wanted. 3. Laundry service: You just put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket by the door, and they'll pick it up. It gets machine-washed for 5-6 hours, dried, folded, and placed in a basket by your door. We came back at 7 PM and got them back first thing in the morning – very thoughtful. 4. They proactively upgraded our room type. The only minor downsides were that some rooms facing the road could be a bit noisy at night, and since Zhangjiajie Airport is very close, you can hear planes flying over the city. 5. All other services were also responsive to requests, so I won't list them all. In short, this B&B offered a quality of service exceeding five-star luxury hotels. If I were to rate the service with stars, I'd give it seven stars. Though the B&B is small, it's warm and welcoming. Hygienef/Environment: Impeccably clean and tidy, no complaints. The hotel is only on the second floor, with a limited number of rooms arranged in an L-shape. The lobby, which also serves as the breakfast area, is at the corner. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance, which I didn't try. The rooms have smart XiaoDu controls, and the TV is a modern smart XiaoDu that can be used both horizontally and vertically, and you can even log into your Tencent Video account. The only reason I didn't give a full five-star rating is that the soundproofing of the room doors is a bit weak; you can clearly hear slightly louder conversations in the corridor. This really depends on the guests' consideration. Location: Downstairs, there are convenient restaurants and supermarkets, mostly湘菜 (Hunan cuisine), which is a must. It's very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station, within walking distance. The Tianmen Mountain cable car (Line A), which is the most common entrance, is 1.5 km away and easily reachable by Didi. I also discovered a Nankou Food Street with all sorts of food, next to the Bubugao shopping mall, also an easy 2 km Didi ride. Only Zhangjiajie West Station is a bit further, more than a 20-minute drive. Bonus points: The mascot cat is very cute! Summary: I will definitely stay here again next time!

Room details: mattress soft as clouds, dry and wet separated bathroom, spotless Public area: clean and tidy Employee attitude: the girl at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, warm and thoughtful” Value-added services: free parking, mineral water, good night dessert, late night canteen gift. Breakfast quality: authentic Changde flavor, as well as a variety of pasta, fruits, etc. Cost-effectiveness: compared with hotels of the same level, the price advantage is obvious. I come back every holiday, feel at home, as warm as home

The room with the slide is truly family-friendly! As soon as my child entered the room, they made a beeline for the slide and played non-stop, not wanting to leave. It was a lifesaver for us adults. The room has an Instagrammable vibe, with a clean and comfortable creamy white design. The attention to detail is impressive, with anti-slip mats, rounded corners, and anti-collision protectors, which gave us real peace of mind. Finally, a trip with kids where I didn't feel utterly exhausted. This stay was so hassle-free!

I arrived at 9 AM to check in and was told the room wasn't ready yet as it hadn't been vacated or cleaned. However, thanks to the front desk supervisor's excellent coordination, my parents were able to check in early and settle in comfortably. I booked a super large double room, and it really was huge – you could almost call it a small ballroom! The room's facilities were clean and tidy. The rice noodles for breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Before we left, the supervisor even thoughtfully arranged a high-speed rail drop-off service for us.

A perfect stay experience, highly recommended! Location: The location of the hotel is very good, the view is wide, the scenery is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the walk is also a good choice, and the surrounding dining options are rich. Room facilities: quiet environment, good lighting, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, separate bathrooms from wet and dry, small and smart in the whole house, and complete air conditioning equipment. The main price is still very affordable. I didn't expect that there is such a good hotel in Hengdong County. The scenery outside the window is pleasant and the view is very good. Service attitude: The front desk service is efficient and enthusiastic, and also actively provides suggestions for surrounding play. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time!

Excellent! It's a large hotel with great capacity. It has its own restaurant, and the breakfast offers a good variety of dishes with distinct Xiangxi characteristics. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The location is superb, just a few steps from the scenic area, and there are tons of street food options nearby! The view from the window is delightful!

Beautiful, modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. The rooms weren't very soundproofed though. Excellent location, only 10-12 minutes drive away from East Gate entry to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Staff was very helpful, our butler Clare assisted with organising activities in the area. The breakfast was okay, could be slightly better quality.
