Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Good day. We stay at this hotel every time we fly out or in for vacation. The service is top-notch. Everything is well-organized and it's conveniently located near the airport. Booking online via Trip.com is quick and easy. The rooms are well soundproofed, so getting a good night's sleep and rest is no problem. The plumbing is also excellent. There's a restaurant available if you wish.

Very successful stay.I used during my business trip.The rooms are well equipped, air-conditioned and interestingly stylized,the guests have a pool,jacket and sauna.Breakfast is very diverse,a lot of fruit and cakes, and a large selection of juices and yoghurts,very good coffee.There is a free and free parking near the property.Good location,near the Silesian Stadium,Legend, Silesian Park,and close to the main road, I highly recommend this hotel.It was a good stay.

I'm using this hotel again, not the last one. It suits me and satisfies everything I expect.

Winda nie działała. Skosy w pokoju troszkę niefortunnie ułożone względem mebli , można się uderzyć w głowę . Wyposażenie bogate: W łazience Suszarka , kosmetyki i szlafroki oraz papucie dla gości .  Kurtyna zasłaniająca okno 😴super.  Szafa pojemna , zestaw do czyszczenia butów i igielnik . Kanapa i stolik , biurko , czajnik , szafki nocne ze łyżko podwójne .

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

일주일 숙박했는데 친절하다 조식은 매일 동일한 메뉴이고 저녁은 메뉴로 스테이크. 사슴 고기등이 있고 많은 향식료를 첨가한 것 같다 유럽이 다 그런건지 칫솔 치약이 없고 슬리퍼도 없다 샴프. 바디케어 바디로션이 제공되고 물은 탄산수 와 물 500ml 각각 하나씩 제공 된다

The environment is very good. I booked this hotel for the second time. This time I originally booked a single room, but I replaced it with a double room because it was full. The living is very comfortable and quiet.
