I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Absolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

The architectural style is very interesting, the traditional European style gate is very awkward, very quiet, the location is also very good, very close to the city center, the bus station is also nearby, the price is high

The hotel is literally two steps from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. It was incredibly quiet – I couldn't hear a sound from outside the room, even though my window faced the railway tracks. The water dispenser on each floor is a brilliant idea – it was a lifesaver in the heat. As for negatives, and these are really nitpicks: the mattress was too soft for me and the duvet was too thick.

Very good new hotel near Katowice main station. It is walkable within 10 minutes and also near to Slask Museum and Slask University. Zabka and Biedronka are nearby and the Madara Ramen in front of the hotel is really excellent. Breakfast is gorgeous with wide variety of items, although everyone had problem with waffle making machine and I personally preferred if they had hot chocolate drink as only coffee and teas were available for hot drink. Sound proof should be improved because I heard huge noise of closing doors from other rooms even at night, I guess the shock dumper of the door is weak.

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨
