Ssunnyc****The hotel is a separate farm on the hill opposite Orvieto, and you can enjoy the panoramic view of Orvieto from the hotel's grass, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset of the town.
The farm is well maintained. At the end of September, the stay was full of verbena, roses, etc., and a lot of chestnuts were picked up on the ground. Although the hotel area is not very large, the environment is good and the view is excellent.
Breakfast is also quite rich, with ham, cake, pie, bread, fruit and coffee, etc.
Very close to Orvieto, self-driving is very convenient, the next day to play in the town, the hotel manager gave us a map of the town, and gave a lot of suggestions. It is a good accommodation choice.

AAlexandraA decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

NNixaSet quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

GGuest UserThe hotel gives the impression of being quite luxurious and special. It is in fact a clean decent basic hotel with no frills. The beds are comfortable and the superior room is basic but clean. The breakfast is very basic, mainly pastries and coffee without being able to order an omelette even with payment. The check in and out are very efficient and staff are very polite
The location is convenient and it is easy to continue your journey. Just don’t expect this to be anything more than a clean basic hotel. Expect a limited breakfast which in my view should be better. .

HHobbyjalan2The hotel is located a stone throw away from the city center, in a short, beautiful residential street.
It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.

GGuest UserIt was badly started, we arrived at 15.30 but the room was not available, we had to wait about an hour to have it. Then it went all right: spacious room with 2 seats, a desk a small open box ( without a chair I would say more comfortable than those closed ) . Breakfast was excellent (the lift to get to the breakfast room was spacious but it worked badly ( more than one person was closed inside, fortunately it did not happen to us). We didn't use the hotel restaurant even though it was always The hotel was very large and there was a lot of personally available and friendly staff.

The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

IIvans I.The staff is friendly, even though the reviews said otherwise. In my opinion, it all depends on how you treat them yourself... The hotel is average. The rooms are small, but everything is clean. I have a slight issue with the bed, but it’s not a dealbreaker (the springs feel interconnected rather than pocketed). The view from the room is good. The breakfast could have been more variety-rich.

AALBERTOI was looking for a comfortable and safe accommodation walking on the Lauretana Via, and which is a place if not the Domus Pacis hotel in Santa Maria degli Angeli di Assisi. The room is very clean and clean and is located on the second floor, also accessible by one of the many lifts. The breakfast included is different, but the coffee or cap is made by an operator but by an automatic distributor. Positive note for walkers: The railway station is reached in a few minutes. Recommended.
