An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

This stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with excellent facilities that felt luxurious. It was perfect for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. What really impressed me was the hotel gym – it was fully equipped, meticulously clean, and had a great selection of machines in a bright, airy space. There was even a comfortable relaxation area afterwards, making for a truly superb workout experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, with quality evident in every detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

My favorite stay in Amman! Quiet area, wonderful staff, but a bit tricky to find. I discovered this place through a travel blog where a family highly recommended it for its location, price, and friendliness, so I decided to book my first two nights in Jordan here. Out of all the places I visited, this was my favorite place to stay in Amman! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet it is incredibly convenient with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Finding the place: It can be a bit difficult to locate at first because there is no sign with the property's name on the door. I ended up finding a restaurant with the same name nearby, and the staff there kindly directed me where to go. Service & Amenities: The reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in was fast, and they even have a water refill station, so make sure to bring your own reusable bottle! The host suggested some great local dining options, including Jordan Heritage Restaurant, where I ended up having a fantastic dinner. The Space: My room was on the second floor (note: there is no elevator/lift). The apartment features a spacious common seating area and a kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom right next to my room. While the room itself is basic, it was clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of natural light. They provide only one towel, and body wash is available in the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic, budget-friendly choice that I highly recommend!

Managed by Marriott, this hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel's design and decor are new and stylish, and both the facilities and services are top-notch. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Taking a taxi to Rainbow Street or Jabal Amman is usually around 1.5 JD, and it's also very easy to get to the North Bus Station. The hotel also offers many activities and feels very safe.

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Overall experience is fantastic. The room was very clean, washrooms are good with hot waters. In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you.

Breakfast is not large and service is acceptable. Domestic Hanting level, clean, but not worth 4 stars

The toilet sewer has a foul smell! The front desk staff disappears from time to time! Airport bus pick-up time is not fixed!

The room is very spacious and located right next to a shopping mall. Be aware that there's only one entrance, which is right next to the mall's main entrance. If you're driving, pay close attention to this as Google Maps is inaccurate; there's no entrance facing the mainland side. Adib and Exxx (apologies, I forgot the name) from housekeeping were exceptional; they even brought a whole pack of water when asked. There are many restaurants nearby, including Korean, sushi, Chinese, and pubs. There's also an import supermarket not too far away, and another supermarket in the mall's basement if you can't find something specific. Plus, there's the best Chinese restaurant in town nearby.
