Hotels With bar in Toyama Prefecture, Japan

I stayed in Toyama for two nights to visit Tateyama Kurobe. The hotel is very close to Toyama Station and Toyama Chiho Railway (which I took to Tateyama the next day). From Toyama Station, turn right and walk to the main road, then cross the street, and you're there. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall and Toyama Bay Shokudo, where we had a delicious seafood rice bowl. The hotel service was decent. You can pick up toiletries in the lobby, and each floor has a water dispenser. The room also came with a capsule coffee machine, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, you can ask the front desk for a city tram ticket (pictured in Figure 2). Each ticket is valid for two uses. We used it to take the tram to and from the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art. You can walk to the Canal Park & Fugan Unga Kansui Park.

Due to a booking error made by the agent, my check-in experience was terrible. I spent the entire night communicating with Ctrip (the booking platform), and while it was eventually resolved, I was still disappointed that I didn't get the room I wanted. The hotel is right next to Toyama Castle, and you might get lucky and see the Tateyama Mountain Range from the side. There's a convenience store and a tram station across the street, which is generally good. However, the room itself was very basic, and the service wasn't particularly warm. Overall, the experience was just average. A small surprise was the mochi pounding and sake offering on New Year's Day morning.

Every time I visit Toyama, I choose this hotel for its convenience, surrounding area, and brand reputation. The rooms are a bit small, but the breakfast is excellent, and its location right in front of the station makes getting around incredibly easy, especially when using the Shinkansen. You can also see the Tateyama Mountain Range, a symbol of Toyama, not far from the hotel entrance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Toyama Station, which is quite convenient. The facilities seem a bit old, especially the mattress in the room, which was too soft – probably due to age. They offer free coffee and drinks. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a great ambiance and a good variety of dishes. The hotel price is affordable, so overall, it's excellent value for money.

Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station. Since there was a heavy storm that day, It was raining, so it was a bit awkward dragging my suitcase to the hotel. It was just renovated in 2023. There is a little smell in the room and the hot spring is very good! I paid extra to book a private bath. The water quality is so comfortable! The accommodation included dinner and breakfast the next day. The dinner was delicious. A male waiter could speak simple Chinese and had been to Shanghai. Basic communication was no problem. Breakfast the next day was still delicious. This hot spring area is relatively unpopular and there are not many online introductions, but it can avoid the crowds.

Family three Christmas trip, convenient hotel location, convenient parking, service, hardware, breakfast, etc. all meet the expected Japanese standards, will recommend friends, will stay next time. In addition, the quality of the salmon cuisine is very high, the service is very good 👍

The hotel is unforgettable. One berth and two food choices should be the most common set meal, but it is still amazing. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy the breakfast in the courtyard snow scene, regardless of the tip of the tongue or the eyes, you have the ultimate enjoyment. Bibimbap snacks for breakfast have a variety of tricks, and Toyama famous things are worth trying. The exquisite presentation makes people unable to bear to eat, everything is ingenious. We did not book a private soup, because the scenery of the public soup is more beautiful! There are very few guests staying, and the hot spring in the snow is worth a try! As a paradise-like existence, you must accept the store's limited English output. Remember to bring your mobile phone translation software. Everything is not a problem. The smell of tatami mats was very good (^^) It was a spacious and beautiful room that was too large to stay alone. I was a little worried that some hair had fallen in the corner of the room because it was too beautiful. It was good that the large communal bath was also wide 々. Open air Lu も Maximum でした (≧∀≦) I was happy to choose my favorite yukata. Breakfast was delicious and I was able to eat a lot! Miso soup was the best (^^) The view from the room was immaculate, but the night view from the corridor was the best (* ^ o ^ *) It is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Very good, the price is less than 900 mao/person, you can consider visiting it again in summer or autumn, and take a ride on the train by the way. The hotel was built 100 years ago, but the interior renovation and maintenance are very good. The standard rooms are also relatively large in hot spring hotels, with many electrical sockets and a reasonable layout. There are three large public baths and two private baths, which are spacious and well-equipped for bathing. For dinner, there is Kamameshi soy milk shabu-shabu, seasonal buri and local soba noodles, which are quite unique; the breakfast buffet has a lot of vegetables, which really saved my life, and they also provide freshly ground coffee! There is a free bus to Unazuki Onsen Station, but reservations must be made in advance.
