I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
The room is good, but the hotel itself is a bit run-down. The lack of a buffet is especially upsetting, although it is shown in the photo. Instead, there is a meager breakfast. Because of this, I think the hotel is not worth the money for staying.
Overall, it was good. We chose this hotel because of flight delays, mainly because of its high ratings, and it was the only one in the suburbs with rooms available. If you're not driving, the location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 10-minute walk to the terminus of Metro Line 2. The surrounding area is residential with plenty of fast food options, making transportation relatively convenient. We mostly took taxis. The hotel reception, rooms, and breakfast service were all good. The public areas are quite large, but the rooms are relatively small. The small garden outside is lovely, and there's also a huge parking lot. Our family of three booked two rooms, which were just about enough, and we were quite satisfied since it was just a short stopover.
This stay experience was great! From stepping into the hotel, the front desk was warm and efficient. The room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was good. The breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying all tastes. The gym is fully equipped and the service staff is very caring.
I booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket.
I really liked the hotel; all the advertised amenities were there! A great selection of towels, plush bathrobes, and excellent water pressure even on the upper floors! There's a water cooler and an ironing room on every floor. We'd happily return! You can also store your luggage for free on the ground floor for up to 12 hours after check-out!
The hotel is located next to the Moscow River, and the Grand Hotel Ukraine is visible from the window. The subway station is quite far, making public transportation inconvenient.
The hotel's decor has a vintage feel.
Some room types on the hotel website cannot choose a big bed and a twin room. This is very troublesome. You can see that the display is a refurbished room. It is recommended that the website be optimized, otherwise it is too troublesome to book.
The hotel's front desk service was excellent. I interacted with several different staff members at various times, and always received satisfactory responses. Many Chinese guests stay at this hotel.
The soundproofing is really good. I stayed for 6 nights and didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or other disturbances. This is great for light sleepers.
The hotel's location is just okay. While there's a subway station not too far away, it was a bit of a struggle to walk there during heavy snowfall. There aren't any large shopping malls within walking distance, but there are some small supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
I would definitely choose to stay here again if they had availability on other dates. Highly recommended!
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Red Square, and there are several metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Our executive room was spacious and clean, and all the amenities were quite new. The staff were incredibly helpful; they even brought our food delivery right to our room. A special shout-out to Nikita, who not only helped with our luggage but also went out of his way to find us a car. Much appreciated!
