This hotel is okay overall, the air conditioning equipment is a bit old, does not affect the heating, the space is okay, the bathroom space is also relatively large, no other reviews said of discrimination against the Chinese to rooms with roof windows. A little worried before going, went to the 2nd floor given after, normal room, was relieved. However, the double room bed is indeed too narrow. If you turn over too much when sleeping, you will fall off the bed. The variety of breakfast is average. It is more convenient to go to the exhibition here. A few dozen meters outside the door is the Line 3 subway station.

Excellent service and attentive staff. The waiters at breakfast were very courteous, and the front desk allowed us to check out a few hours later. We felt like the most welcome and anticipated guests, which is the most important thing in a hotel. The mattress was comfortable. We stayed in a historic room; the decor was a bit dated. Next time, we'll opt for a modern room.

Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, very conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The hotel provides all the essentials: slippers, shower gels, hairdryer, bathrobe, a drying rack, tea, and coffee. We didn't try the breakfast.

I was very satisfied with this hotel; the facilities were excellent. I booked it after seeing the reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The front desk staff here were the warmest and most friendly people we encountered on our entire trip to Russia. The proof of stay we received from our previous hotel in the Golden Ring towns wasn't up to standard, but instead of refusing us check-in directly, this hotel went above and beyond to help us get a new proof issued from the previous hotel. Since we had an early flight the next morning and they didn't want us to rush, they proactively worked extra hours on the day we checked in to get the proof ready in advance. They were truly thoughtful and kind.

On the first day, I asked for a lightbulb to be replaced in my room because it had burned out, but the housekeepers didn't pass on the message. The next day, after the room was cleaned, the dishes weren't dried properly. There was only one pillow in the room, I asked for another and they brought one. On the second floor, the ceilings are very low and there are beams with wires showing – it doesn't look very cozy... I understand it's a loft, but those exposed wires make it look like a poorly thought-out renovation. I was staying directly under a tree, so hardly any sunlight got in and it felt gloomy... otherwise, it was fine, but the mattress was very soft.

The hotel has a good location, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the facilities met basic expectations. However, the service—especially the airport shuttle—was quite disappointing. We were travelling in a big group that included elderly people and many bags. Even though there were no other guests using the shuttle at that time, the staff showed reluctance and were not very helpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. If you are travelling with elderly family members, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of supportive and friendly service.

Had a great 24 hours at Idera! The hotel is conveniently located next to the Nizhegorodskaya transport hub, making it super easy to get to the city center or other parts of Moscow. There's also an Auchan right nearby, so you can grab groceries in 10 minutes and cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge, dishes — everything's there). The bathroom and shower were immaculate: great water pressure, consistent temperature, spacious, and clean. Not a single complaint during my one-night stay. The interior is modern and minimalist, it's quiet, cozy, and the Wi-Fi is stable. Check-in was instant. It's the perfect option for a short stay: self-sufficient, comfortable, and with excellent transport links. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here for a couple of days in July with a friend. It's a pleasant, compact hotel, without a huge, pompous lobby; very minimalist. The rooms are also compact, about 25 square meters – not cramped, but there's not much space to spread out your luggage either. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with all the essentials. They even have a ”chocolate hour” for those who enjoy it. The à la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant is tasty. There's a small but cozy spa with a hammam and Balinese massage. Overall, it's more than good value for the money.
