I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
Номер хороший, но сам отель подразбитый. Особенно возмущает отсутствие шведского стола, хотя он показан на фото. Вместо этого скудный завтрак. Из-за этого считаю что отель не стоит таких денег за проживание.
Overall, it was good. We chose this hotel because of flight delays, mainly because of its high ratings, and it was the only one in the suburbs with rooms available. If you're not driving, the location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 10-minute walk to the terminus of Metro Line 2. The surrounding area is residential with plenty of fast food options, making transportation relatively convenient. We mostly took taxis. The hotel reception, rooms, and breakfast service were all good. The public areas are quite large, but the rooms are relatively small. The small garden outside is lovely, and there's also a huge parking lot. Our family of three booked two rooms, which were just about enough, and we were quite satisfied since it was just a short stopover.
The hotel is not small, the rooms are OK, but the facilities are a bit old, but they are clean.
The location is relatively remote, the price is relatively cheap compared to the city, there is a community about five to ten minutes away, you can go to the convenience store to buy things.
Ctrip booked a standard room, but there were three beds in the room. It is also possible to share a room with three people for an additional fee.
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent – very lively surroundings. The only downside was that the breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but I guess that's common in other countries too.
The hotel is good. We've been staying at Izmailovo for many years. It's clean. Tea, coffee, and water are provided daily. There are robes and slippers. The only downside this time was the shower wasn't working properly; it was difficult to set the right temperature and the water was poor.
The hotel is located next to the Moscow River, and the Grand Hotel Ukraine is visible from the window. The subway station is quite far, making public transportation inconvenient.
The hotel's decor has a vintage feel.
Some room types on the hotel website cannot choose a big bed and a twin room. This is very troublesome. You can see that the display is a refurbished room. It is recommended that the website be optimized, otherwise it is too troublesome to book.
When I booked, I didn't pay attention, and only noticed when I arrived at the hotel that it's actually a Hilton Garden Inn.
**Facilities:** The furniture is quite new, and the bathroom is pretty good. Compared to other older Russian hotels, it's excellent. The only pity is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working; it seemed broken. The mini-fridge also seemed to have an issue, but I didn't look into it closely.
**Cleanliness:** Overall cleanliness was good, but the carpet was a bit dirty.
**Environment:** The location is a bit out of the way, with no large shopping malls nearby and limited dining options. It's a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 1. It takes half an hour by subway to reach Red Square. The picture shows the route from the hotel to the nearest subway station.
**Service:** It was decent, but there was no option to select 'do not disturb,' so the cleaning staff would knock on the door and enthusiastically ask if I needed my room cleaned.
Excellent work. A huge thank you to all the staff at the Metropol Hotel, including the welcoming reception, the very clean rooms, the excellent cuisine, and the breakfast service. We had a wonderful time celebrating this significant event with our guests. We are very grateful to the staff, and especially to Yulia Sergeeva, Head of Customer Service, for her attentive and helpful service and assistance in organizing our celebration. The Metropol Hotel is undoubtedly the best not only in Moscow but throughout Russia.
We wish the hotel many more years of delighting its guests with its excellent service.

2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is relatively big
It's really close to the airport
But sleep is not disturbed
The shuttle bus is a Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle (minibus) and is very comfortable
Breakfast is very good
No free bottled water in the room
But there are water dispensers in the corridors on every floor
Can fully meet the needs
The disadvantage is that you cannot store your luggage
on a business trip
You have to carry your luggage with you when flying within the country.
It must still be hard work
Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
PPavel_G.Good hotel, room, amenities correspond, bed, linen, everything is in order in terms of quality and cleanliness. You can hear a little noise from the highway, but it is not critical and does not interfere. I liked the spa. However, the temperature in the hammam is too high 84 degrees, and in the sauna 60, the staff convinced that this is the standard, although in my opinion it should be the opposite. There is a modest ”chocolate hour” from 16 to 17 hours - free desserts in the lobby, drinks are paid - the cost of cappuccino is 550 rubles). In general, the price-quality ratio is within reasonable limits.
AAlbertKhI stayed at this hotel for a colleague from China. It's clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, two minutes from the metro. There's private parking with a barrier. Across the street is a shopping center with a food court on the third floor. The hotel also has a cafe. The breakfasts seemed a bit pricey.
GGuest UserIt's nice. Having a shopping mall nearby is a huge plus. There are nice dining options on the upper floors of both the large and small malls. Next to the metro. Bathroom cleanliness was good. It would be better if the curtains were washed. There were no stains or hairs on the bed sheet. There is a minibar. Beautiful view. The price is reasonable. There is also a water purifier in the corridor that provides hot and cold water. The room is cleaned every day. They renew the water in the room every day
AAnonymous UserThe layout of the bathroom was also very inconvenient: there were no proper partitions, and the shower and toilet were separated only by frosted glass. Even though it’s not transparent, it still feels uncomfortable, especially if you’re not staying alone. In addition, there is no ventilation inside the bathroom itself — it is located near the entrance door, so humidity and odors don’t disperse properly. But the location is very convenient — the metro and the train station are just nearby.
MM267684****Pretty good. The hotel's decor is a bit older, but it makes up for it with clean and tidy rooms. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and you can even walk to Red Square. There are also many restaurants nearby. I hesitated a lot before booking this hotel, but after arriving, I found it to be quite good.
