The hotel is located in the beautiful southern Tunisia tourist resort. The hotel has its own private beach, a large internal area, and a reasonable division of labor and design of various functional areas. I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.
