I stayed in the main building. While the facilities are a bit old, given that it's over a hundred years old, I wasn't expecting too much. Overall, it was still good. I'd definitely go back again :)

In addition to some twists and turns in the reservation, the hotel began to say that it did not receive the money, and later found that I had set the water view, but the order received by the hotel was a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference. Later, it was finally solved. After I checked in, I found that there was actually a good view of No. 58, and the sound of the sea was not noisy. Others were either blocked by trees or too close to the water. Choosing water views is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There is no restaurant near the hotel, so I choose to dine at the hotel and the taste is OK. Breakfast is also ok.
The hotel is located in a beautiful scenery and has convenient parking for self-driving tours. The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions and provided maps with clear instructions. The hotel restaurant provides delicious food with generous portions. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the nearby city center. There are large supermarkets, McDonald's and Japanese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient.

Right by the lake in the city center, the scenery is good and convenient. The facilities are average and relatively old. Dinner is in the hotel restaurant, very cheap. The lakeside bar must be booked in advance, and there is no place a little later. Breakfast must be spit, buffet price is high, coffee tea is another money, a total of five or six things (barely food), unpalatable almost equal to murder, knife pressure neck will not eat a second time.

The hotel is next to Stanley Park and English bay p. The location is excellent. Going out to see the sea. There is a paid parking space. The price is reasonable and convenient. Although it is a century-old store, there is no modern feeling, but the service is good, the room is spacious and the staff is warm and thoughtful. The restaurant on the first floor is not available on weekends. The seat is a small regret
What a Gorgeous hotel, it's like a 5Star Hotel 🏨. Better yet is the Friendly and Welcoming, very helpful Staff.. The Receptionists, Hajjar, Shema, and the Korean lady Heysung are extremely helpful and very accommodating. I wish our vacation never ended and we still could be there.. We stayed from May 31,2026 for 3nights, and the location is immaculate. Thank you Mr. Jason, General Manager.

CCarmenThe hotel is a bit old, but the towels and sheets in the room are like brand new, very clean, better than expected👍The hotel is next to various restaurants, convenience stores, and public swimming pools. After dinner, you can take a walk by the lake. It's awesome👍and the price is cheap , good value for money👍
GGuest UserThe room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.
AAnonymous UserThis time round it's a bit disappointing as I was assigned a room just outside the swimming pool so I had to close all the curtains for privacy. Abit of aging as compared to my previous stay with them. The very good thing that I would like to recommend others to the hotel is that they would try their best to check you in even though you were very early. I had a 14+hrs flight and I would need the bed badly and they arranged without saying anything.
AAnonymous UserGood services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities.
The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00.
I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.
GGuest UserThe location was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly the lobby was nicely appointed and the restaurant was amazing. I was put in a room on one of the lower floors that seemed a bit older and looked out into a garden or some kind. The room I was given was directly opposite the elevator, and the noise was incredible from the hall and from the laundry facility above. The bed was comfortable, if a little too firm for my taste, but clean. If I were to stay again I would request a different room for sure.
The elevators were also mostly out of service resulting in long waits to get anywhere. I gave up and took the stairs twice. It would also be nice if there was a drinks machine with the ice as I would have loved something besides coffee or tea.
