We had the pleasure to spend a afternoon and a evening there on the occasion of a wedding. And we are enthusiastic. The location on the lake, the playing style, the playground, the terrace at the restaurant, the service all night - very good. And the quality of the food, but also the arrangement (at the number of guests) is very good. Examples: littleness after wedding, there is e.g. fruit salad served in the small wake glass. In the evening, the many foods are also arranged in wake-glasses, then there are no unnecessary quantities thrown out. The support is also very good. The location is a real gain and you can stay on the site too.

The hotel has a good appearance, the room is very high, the facilities are complete, especially close to the main train station, 10 minutes walk, there are also large shopping centers and leisure areas nearby, convenient for consumption, in general, it is a relatively high-end modern business hotel.

Stayed here after several years - to avoid taking taxis during the pandemic. The location is fantastic - in the center of everything including the main rail station, the downtown closeby and across the lake. Breakfast variety was fantastic with the pandemic and the rooms are very clean. My only gripe is the internet is from the 90's - very challenging speeds. Overall, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful and it's a gem of a hotel to explore Bodensee region.

In 2007 I was with my friend in the Culinaris Card (2-fü r-1 Map) in the restaurant of the Teddy Bear Hotel. When ordering, we were told to say they would not pay the card because they were ”exit” there (almost in the middle of the year of validity). I would have hoped as a gesture at least a little on the house, but nothing. In a curiosity-run subsequent discussion with the operator, at which I noticed that I don't find it okay, I was referred to the house. A subsequent interview with the supplier of the said Culinaris Card showed that the restaurant would undertake to continue to pay the card until the expiry of its validity, but would then leave. Why do I write this assessment so many years later? The operator is currently trying (and did this once) to let him delete unpleasant reviews on other platforms, arguing that he doubts that the unpleasant evaluators were ever guests with him. If he cannot remember the shipment (maybe he does something like this regularly); I have it still in a lively memory because it has not happened to me anywhere else (neither before, nor since). In compensation for those who may not resist such pressure and delete their assessment, I thought I was going to take the way for it.

Hotel service is good. The hotel was rebuilt after the activation of the ancient church. On the way to the room, you can see the murals refurbished by the church. It has a retro literary atmosphere. The rooms are new and the space is very large. The rooms in the lake view can be seen from the view of lake konstanz without leaving the house. The hotel is located in the city centre and you can walk to the city after you have left your luggage. Tourists arriving in Konstanz are required to pay a tourist tax, which already includes a free transport ticket. The breakfast is very rich and the view is superb.
