The price/performance ratio of the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there is no problem to eat for two days. The room size also matches the price. The hotel is in the embassy area, very quiet at night. If you want to eat Chinese food, you still have to take a taxi and go out to eat. Several Chinese food nearby are all improved versions.

The hotel is located in a very international and safe area, unfortunately the hotel has many things to correct such as: * The hotel does not have something as basic as offering room service. * The breakfast is very basic and offer no variety in the Buffet menu they have. * They do not have an elevator to the parking lot, for those of us who rented a car, we had to park and walk up the emergency stairs since it was the only way to access the parking lot or back to the reception. * The security people in the parking lot are uncourteous and never greeting anyone, they do their job very reluctantly. * The internet on the 11th floor is superrrrrrrrrr bad, and for a business trip it is useless since the connection is very intermittent and you can not connect more than one device at the same time. * The girl at the reception was sleeping at 4 AM when I came down to check out. * The hotel does not have a swimming pool, gym or any exercise area. To be a little honest, my stay was unpleasant at this hotel.

The hotel is located by the seaside in the rich area of Lima. The downstairs is the seaside mall in Miraflores area. Breakfast is 20 dollars per person. The hotel is quite standard. The room facilities are slightly old, but it still meets Marriott standards.

The very painful thing is that the hotel said that the wifi was broken in those days. So I moved out after two days of living. Breakfast is all sloppy. I sent a cup of pisco taste very good, seeing the price elsewhere is 30 RMB, the facilities in the room are very general

This hotel is in a good location, located in the safer Miraflores area, with convenient transportation and convenient travel. This is a business trip. There are no problems for the two men walking on the road. It is close to the seaside and the local shopping centre Larcomar and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.        The hotel's facilities are old and the rooms are small, but this may be a common problem in local hotels. No air conditioning, we stayed on September 21st, cold and wet, and there was no way to wash the clothes. I have to pay for the laundry.         The beauty at the front desk speaks English, the service is warm, and you can also store your luggage for free. It's good!

This hotel has the perfect location for a short walk to restaurants, shops and great for a morning run or walk. The hotel staff was super accommodating and the restaurant located in the hotel had the best food. I would highly recommend staying here.

I had an excellent time staying at Hotel Santa Cruz. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are nice and clean, and the price is a great value But the best part of my stay was the excellent service that I received from Percy, the daytime front desk manager. As an English-only speaker it is important for me that there is somebody working at any hotel I stay at who speaks English. Not only does Percy speak English, he is also incredibly communicative via WhatsApp. It made it quick and easy to coordinate housekeeping service, room service, and anything else that I needed help with. Percy also kept me up to date via WhatsApp with helpful information about the Covid-curfew, and other important local information. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in Miraflores with a helpful staff that wants you to have the best stay possible, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They also have 24 hour security.
