This is a few meters from the beach. Close to Diniwid Beach. Takes a while to go to station 2. They clean regularly and staffs are nice and accommodating. Lilian the housekeeping person is sooooo nice.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

This is in Station 3, about a 3–4 minute walk to the front beach. The hotel faces the main road, which makes it very accessible to public transportation, especially when heading back to the jetty port. The only downside is the elevator wasn’t working. It can be a bit of a hassle carrying your luggage up from the first to the third floor if your room is on the top level.

Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit.

I recently stayed at the Azalea Hotel in Boracay and absolutely loved it! For the price (Budget friendly compared to many other Boracay options), the experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great a few walk going to the beach and close enough to explore best spots in Boracay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast was great!

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Thank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍

Pros: Excellent location right by S3 beach; most staff were good, and service was decent. Facilities are a bit old but fully functional.
Cons: Room amenities are dated, and the door was loose. Breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was average. Housekeeping was sometimes superficial; they occasionally didn't change the sheets or replenish toothbrushes, and there were no slippers in the room.
Overall, a good experience and great value for money!

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it.
Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place.
In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!
LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶
RRyanYiVery professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.
Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.
The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari. They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool.
Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.
If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.
Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.

CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.
NNakaru SanShore Time Hotel Boracay is often considered one of the best ”value-for-money” options in the highly coveted Station 1 area. While it isn’t a massive luxury resort, it excels at providing a clean, boutique experience for travelers who want to be in the quieter, more premium part of White Beach without the five-star price tag.
Here is a comprehensive review based on current guest feedback and hotel features.
📍 Location: The Sweet Spot
The hotel is located right along the main road of Station 1, which means:
• Beach Access: You are literally 20–30 steps away from the finest white sand on the island. While it is not directly on the sand (you cross a small paved path/road), it feels like a beachfront property.
• The Neighborhood: It is much quieter than Station 2 but still walkable (about 10 minutes) to D’Mall. You are also very close to iconic spots like Willy’s Rock and Jonah’s Fruit Shake.
• Convenience: There is an Andok’s (famous local roasted chicken) and a 7-Eleven nearby, making late-night snacks very easy to find.
🛏️ Rooms & Amenities
The rooms are known for being modern, minimalist, and exceptionally clean, though they vary in size.
• Room Types: * Loft Rooms: Popular for groups or families; they utilize vertical space well.
• Deluxe/Penthouse: Offer more space and, in some cases, partial views of the ocean.
• Key Features: Strong AC (essential in Boracay), surprisingly fast Wi-Fi for the island, and very comfortable bedding.
• Note on Accessibility: The hotel does not have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a lower-floor room.
⭐ The Highlights (Pros)
• Exceptional Service: This is the most consistent praise in reviews. Guests frequently mention the ”warm welcome” with cold towels and drinks, and security guards who proactively help you cross the street to the beach.
• Breakfast: Most bookings include a plated breakfast (Filipino or Continental) served at their partner restaurant, often praised for its quality and view.
• Price Point: In an area (Station 1) dominated by expensive luxury hotels like Discovery Shores or Henann Prime, Shore Time offers a similar location for a fraction of the cost.
⚠️ Things to Consider (Cons)
• Room Size: Some entry-level rooms (like the Pads or Lofts) can feel a bit snug if you have a lot of luggage.
• Road Noise: Because it’s right on the main path, rooms facing the front may pick up some street noise during the day.
• No Pool: Unlike the larger resorts, Shore Time does not have a swimming pool. However, with the best part of White Beach right outside, most guests don’t find this to be a dealbreaker.
🏆 Final Verdict
Perfect for: Budget-conscious couples, small families, or solo travelers who prioritize a clean room and a prime Station 1 location over resort-style facilities like pools or gyms.
Skip if: You want a ”secluded” resort experience or require an elevator and sprawling garden grounds.

SsamhamThe room was a good size, clean, and tidied daily upon request. The staff at every position were all incredibly nice, always smiling and greeting guests. From the doorman and front desk to the service staff, restaurant, and security, about four or five people would even see us off at the door when we left. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was hard to say goodbye.
While it might not be the most luxurious place in the area, it's a resort that makes you feel comfortable, convenient, and well-cared for. Whether you want to sunbathe on the beach, enjoy a drink and relax, indulge in a traditional massage, go out for a diving trip, savor delicious food, party at a bar, or even have a late-night encounter (be careful!), everything is possible here. There's also a lookout post on the beach right outside, and during peak times, armed police are present, making you feel very safe.

AAnonymous UserI am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive.
When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider:
- The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor.
- Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use.
- The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler.
- There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out.
- Hangers are included in the room.
- I was provided with two bath towels.
- You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours.
- There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs.
The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too.
You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day.
My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach.
There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden.
The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay.
