An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spacious with a stunning view, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The amenities were top notch, and the location was perfect convenient yet peaceful. This was truly a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay.

The room facilities were excellent. I requested a quiet room, and they immediately accommodated me. Luggage storage was quick, and the snacks included in the package were quite good. There's a small convenience store downstairs where you can grab some treats. Breakfast was also great; even when we went in just ten minutes before closing, the staff still let us in and reminded us to get everything we wanted to eat. My family said the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. Although it's at the airport, the noise wasn't too bad. Overall, it was a good experience. I've already booked two more nights for my return trip, and I'm really looking forward to it!

The room offers an amazing view, with its window directly facing Mount Siguniang, making it incredibly convenient to admire the snow-capped peaks! The room itself has a unique cave-like, luxurious feel. The amenities are very convenient, including a humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The service was impeccable; the staff were all very enthusiastic and basically accommodated every request. Highly recommended!

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and from the ground floor lobby to the 15th-floor reception, you can immediately feel Hyatt's distinctive and unique design. Stepping into the room, you'll notice that all the control switches, handles, and even the tables and chairs seem a bit lower than in standard hotels. As someone from Beijing, I initially found this slightly uncomfortable, but once I got used to it, I actually found it quite interesting—a unique regional touch and thoughtful design. A special shout-out goes to the buffet at their Cafe restaurant; I ate there four times in two days! In a city renowned for its food, I think that speaks volumes about its exceptional quality. I'll be posting photos as proof soon. Secondly, the service was excellent, from the reception staff to the restaurant hosts, everyone was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

Fantastic location! It's a mere 5–8 minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The hotel is also conveniently close to Chunxi Road Station (Metro Lines 2/3) and Tianfu Square Station (Metro Lines 1/2), with an abundance of restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast spread is extensive, the room offers great views, and the soundproofing is excellent, though it could use a minor check. Both the Chinese and Western breakfast options are plentiful and authentic, making it suitable for both business travelers and families. The room facilities feel a bit dated. The錦食八寶 afternoon tea: Very tasty. Laundry service: Very thoughtful.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome, which made me feel genuinely attended to. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities and local attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary afternoon tea vouchers. The afternoon tea setting was delightful, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Our room was surprisingly spacious with fantastic views, especially at night. As the guest rooms are located on higher floors, from the 19th to the 30th, we had an excellent vantage point. Following the front desk's recommendation, we visited the 32nd-floor terrace in the evening. It was incredibly comfortable and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Mianyang city. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful, featuring local specialty rice noodles, a fresh salad bar, and a wide selection of breads, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Even the hotel's parking facility was impressive, very thoughtfully designed and upscale. All in all, a truly recommendable stay.

It's been exactly ten years since my last stay at this Ritz-Carlton. I came to Chengdu with my then-girlfriend, and we had a deeply memorable experience. Ten years later, that girlfriend is now my wife, and we have a lovely child. Revisiting this place brings back so many emotions. Initially, I was a bit puzzled by the 180 RMB charge for children at the Executive Lounge, as most hotels don't have such an extra fee. However, after using it, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Both the desserts and the main courses were excellent, but I particularly want to praise the dessert quality. It rivals Lanlizi, which is known as 'Southwest's Best French Pastry' in Chengdu, truly exceeding expectations. The service and ambiance at FLAIR bar were consistently high-standard, and the resident singer was fantastic. The Chengdu-inspired cocktails were refreshing. The pool view is nice, and the gym's cardio and strength equipment can fully satisfy a fitness enthusiast. However, some areas in the changing room were a bit dirty, and I hope for improvements there. The room maintained its usual high standards. Some areas showed a bit of age, but it was harmless. The bedding was comfortable, amenities satisfactory, and the layout reasonable. Breakfast was rich and diverse, with distinct local specialties and extremely high quality. However, the hostess's professionalism needs improvement. After giving our room number, her long deliberation over whether 'this room included breakfast,' even after we showed her our booking details, causing a significant delay in seating us, was unacceptable. We had considered staying at a newer hotel, but given the special 'ten-year' milestone, we still chose The Ritz-Carlton. It proved to be a worthy choice, both the hotel and my wife. Thank you!

Spotless and clean! We booked the 180 Panorama Room to experience the large bath in room and it did not disappoint. The hotel is located inside a building along with a couple other hotel properties but it’s easy enough to locate. The design aesthetics is more cyber and lots of glass and mirrors so if that’s your thing you’ll like it. (I personally would like a bit more warmth.) Comes with butler service and coffee every morning which is a lovely feature. Location is about 15 min walk (a very uninteresting walk) to the closest metro so we hauled a cab every time we went out. The toilet is japanese style which is cool. My only grievance is that the sliding door is basically see thru so might be a bit awkward when using the toilet lol.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.
