My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. Excellent stay at Lyhn International Hotel. The location is strategic with walking distances to ChunXi Road and IFS. It provides enhances services like free 1 time laundry service, afternoon tea and Chinese Cultural activity ”Qi San”. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

I booked this hotel for a layover in Chengdu, and it wasn't quite what I expected. The cover photo showed it in a tall building, but in reality, you have to drive into a parking lot, and the lobby isn't at the main entrance. The decor is a bit old, and things inside are showing significant wear and tear. The soundproofing in the room was also pretty poor. I booked a special offer king room and was given a room at the end of the hall. I asked the front desk that evening if an upgrade was possible, which is something I usually do when staying at hotels. However, the front desk's response wasn't very satisfactory. Also, be aware that the hotel charges for parking. The cleanliness was okay, but some of the facilities are definitely too old and worn out. What was really puzzling was the lack of charging ports by the bed.

A fine hotel in a decent, central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, with a nice outdoor seating area and good air conditioning. Gym was very basic without much equipment. Not a bad deal for the price.

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and the front desk concierge upgraded my room type. There's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea on the first floor. It's so convenient to walk to Chunxi Road right outside! The breakfast on the 30th floor offers an unbeatable view. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It's great! The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

The hotel is really close to the scenic area's entrance, which is super convenient. They let us store our luggage, and even after checking out, we could still relax in the lobby and have some tea, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit small, making the air feel a little stuffy. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This Celebrity Hotel boasts a superb location, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with great attention to detail. The staff are genuinely helpful and the food is both delicious and affordable. It perfectly met all my travel needs, I absolutely loved it! I'll definitely be back.
