Amazing hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we were helped by Pan and she was lovely and let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out Location was perfect, the nightlife gets a bit loud in the evening however the hotel supplies you with earplugs to help with that if needed, we didnt need to use them the whole time we stayed but it was a lovely addition to the rest of the amenities provided The view was incredible, overall my partner and I were extremely happy with our stay and are hoping to visit again in the future

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the bustling snack street and directly faces the Min River, offering an amazing view, especially for enjoying the river at night. Definitely try to get a higher floor. The price isn't expensive either, highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are new, the pool is comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness: Cleaned thoroughly and neatly. Service: For domestic flights, check-in is convenient. For international flights, you still need to go to the counter to buy tickets. Environment: There are few dining options, so you're limited to the terminal. Indoors, it's fine, but outdoors, being within airport grounds, there's noise from take-offs and landings, and the smell of jet fuel. Nevertheless, it's still the best choice for catching an early flight. A good night's sleep is just too important.

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

This hotel has a great design and a fantastic location. There's a large terrace where you can enjoy mountain views, drink tea, and meditate. We booked a 'double-sided snow mountain view' room, which offered views of Siguniang Mountain on one side and Balang Mountain on the other – truly magnificent and beautiful! The 'golden mountain' sunset wasn't very prominent, but the sunrise 'golden mountain' was absolutely stunning. We didn't even have to brave the cold; we could enjoy the view right from our room. At night, the sky was filled with stars, and Orion was clear and bright – it felt like we could reach out and touch them! The hotel's dining is also highly recommended. We ordered the yak hotpot set, which came with 1.2 catties (approx. 600g) of beef and four vegetables. We were worried it wouldn't be enough for four people, so we added a portion of cured ribs, grilled sausages, and barley cakes, all of which were delicious. We ate our fill and even packed some leftovers. It happened to be New Year's, and the hotel even hosted an evening song and dance party, which was so engaging and helped us forget all our worries! Now, let's talk about the hotel's service – I'd give it 200 points! Before check-in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and had been to the clinic for oxygen, so they suggested we get an oxygen pillow. It really came in handy later that night. However, we still felt unwell until past 4 AM. We contacted the staff, and they responded immediately, took us to the town clinic for oxygen, and then picked us up after we felt better. We were so touched; we didn't miss the 8 AM golden mountain sunrise, and they even offered us a late checkout so we could rest more. Their service is thoughtful and heartwarming; I will definitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends! If I'm ever fortunate enough to return and see more unseen sights, I'll choose 'Yangwang Xinkong' again. I wish the hotel all the best and the staff a happy and prosperous New Year!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and business facilities nearby, making it an ideal choice for business trips. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. The hotel offers fantastic value for money; it's definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is superb, directly opposite Guankou Ancient City, offering fantastic views of the entire ancient city and the 'blue tears' phenomenon in a tributary of the Min River. The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent. They provide a generous amount of complimentary beverages, and the service is warm and friendly. However… while the breakfast is abundant, it seems to lack meat dishes. Parking is free and convenient, but you absolutely need to arrive early, otherwise it's very difficult for larger vehicles to find a spot in the underground garage. Overall, I had a very satisfying and pleasant stay.

Highly recommend this airport hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to the terminal, which is a lifesaver for anyone with an early morning flight. The hotel's interior is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The staff are warm and attentive, making me feel right at home even on a tiring journey. The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.
