Excellent location, literally at the door of the cathedral! The hotel decorations are old and impressive. Feels like you are staying in history. The room is bigger than what we expected. Definitely would recommend staying here!

The hotel itself is like a palace. The lobby of the court is decorated with local characteristics. The decoration is relatively new. The room conditions are set to be first-class, the size is suitable, and the breakfast is especially rich. The location is right on the side of the square, next to the bustling commercial street, convenient for eating.

The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage, and the valet took care of our car. The Alhambra Palace is right across the street. Our room had two tiny balconies. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Albayzín neighborhood. The streets there are narrow and complex, and it's difficult to find parking, so I strongly advise against driving there yourself. I highly recommend Restaurante Las Tomasas; you can enjoy an evening view of the Alhambra, and the dishes are exquisite and reasonably priced.

It's close to the train station and easy to get to the tourist center. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, so I had a comfortable stay! If I had to pick one drawback, it would be that the toilet and shower room were a little cold.

A good hotel in the very historical center of Cordoba (within the historical walls of the medina). All my wishes were fulfilled, the hotel staff showed themselves from the best side. My experience tells me that often hotels located in historical buildings have problems with electricity or water pressure in the bath, but not this time: in this hotel all electrical appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. I will mention the only problem: the Internet. We had three devices, and one of them could not connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. We encountered the same problem in another NH hotel - in Seville. I recommend that the technical specialists of this hotel chain check the compatibility of the Internet equipment with devices that are five years old or more.

A very nice hotel in an amazing location right in front of the Mezquita! The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast abundant and worth the price. A special mention to the receptionist who has checked us in: thank you Victoria for your kindness and professionalism.

Contacted the hotel prior to our stay and there was no reply whatsoever. It was my birthday and there was absolutely no acknowledgment from the reception staff, even when I told them it was my birthday and they were holding my passport in their hands upon check-in. Pool staff was nice but the lounge chairs area were swarmed by tiny black insects, it was not very relaxing sitting by the pool. Restaurant staff was very nice but unfortunately the food was very mediocre. Overall definitely not worth the 40 mins drive from Seville to come stay here, the view from the room balcony was amazing due to the hotel’s location, but I was really disappointed with this birthday stay.

This hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helful and thoughful in handling difficult situation. We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. Very experience hotel front desk staff which touch both my wife and my heart. A big shout out to this hotel staff.

The location couldn't be better, directly across from the Alhambra and just a 2-minute walk away. Conveniently, the Alhambra's car park is right opposite, and 22 Euros for a full day isn't bad, though the hotel itself doesn't offer parking. The room felt quite dated; apart from three beds, a table, and a sofa, it was pretty basic. The bathroom only had a shower over the tub. The bed only came with a duvet cover and no actual duvet inside. While this might be a local custom for summer, I personally found it uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was generally good.
