nice clean hotel, not far from the airport, you can walk, I stayed for 1 day, clean room and linen, very good for a short stop after a long flight, very noisy Brits checked in with me, but I didn't hear them in the end.

The location is not very central, closed to high speed train station, but it is not walkable distance and still need to take taxi, only 5 euros. The room is clean , spacious and comfortable. I booked double bed, but I got the room with two single bed that put together. The front desk promised to change room for us on second day. But finally we change mind because we don’t want to waste time. The safe box in the room was locked, so we can’t use it. I think they should to check it before customers check in.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the beach. Street parking was a challenge on weekends, and while there's a garage, it's quite expensive for longer stays. The breakfast buffet was well-organized and offered a good variety. A significant drawback was the difficulty in communicating in English; a basic grasp of Spanish is really necessary. We also had to request fresh bed linen after 7 days. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly. The double bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderfully hot shower. However, the room itself was very small, with the shower literally in the main area, and there was limited storage space. The swimming pool was excellent!

Was at the time they cheapest hotel in Benidorm. It cost 8 EUR to get into town by taxi so if you are looking at cost,, cost that in. Its above the Benidorm bus station so good for the bus back to Alicante 8EUR Rooms are clean, good AC, no food gym was a box tick, the pool was OK, but had the greasy brigade on the sun loungers...... You've above the bus station FFS!

The hotel's exterior looks upscale, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia is practically at your doorstep. Breakfast is all Western-style, with bread, fruit yogurt, and various Spanish hams, though the hams are mostly raw, which I'm not used to. The room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are quite high-end, making it an ideal place to stay.

Hotel is good. Location is not in the city center, but in a pleasant clean cozy area. From the hotel on foot 15 minutes to the wonderful place of Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences, where it is necessary to go. To the metro 15 minutes walk on the wonderful parking area (the metro line to the airport). To the city center (old city) and to the ZD-station on foot minutes 35-40 on a very pleasant route (or on transport). The hotel itself is clean, everything is necessary. 24-hour registration bar. Sustainable Internet. The room has all kinds of useful trimmings, such as shampoo, brushes, shaving machine and shower hat. The repair (design) in the hotel is a little bit obsolete, but when everything is clean and comfortable, the haytek is not always essential. One is a shortage - the room of the bathroom is not very good smell from the pipes (the technical staff should pay attention to this).

The hotel environment is beautiful, the rooms are simple and quiet, suitable for vacation The disadvantage is that the air-conditioning ventilating fan is very noisy, the bathroom ventilation fan is turned on, and the TV sound can not be heard directly. Fortunately, the night we went there was not very hot and it was all turned off.

Paterna town is an industrial town and you have not much to do. The B&B hotel alone was OKAY. The staff did not really acknowledge you but they knew the basics of english which is a lot for Spain. Next thing, the room on the first glance is woowww but then after staying there things start to bother you like no bag in the trash can and no toilet brush for the PoPo. The room is small but quite spacious nontheless and they have tresor for valuable things. The room has a lock with number password which is a good thing therefore no fear of losing the key itself. For a few days it was a nice place to stay, but the hotel could respond to reviews like mine and step it up.

If you have a standard room be aware that this overlooks a very steep rocky mountain! So that all you see through the window - Of like me you are a hot claustrophobic you might struggle with this bit you can upgrade to a superior room with a sea view which costs around 30 Euros more but of you book directly you maybe able to get a better deal. The staff were excellent friendly respectful and always helpful (like most Spanish people we met during our 10 day stay) - The rooms were clean and the breakfast very generous and varied. The beach is next door (10 min walk) and there's a swimming pool in the hotel - excellent access to bus and tram within walking distance - It took me a couple days to get used to the (standard) room but all in all it was a good experience!

The room is very clean, the facilities are new, and the transportation is convenient. It is only a short walk from various attractions. It is worth mentioning that the service staff of the hotel are very good. Our family of three booked a triple room. When we checked in on the first day, there was no room. When we arrived at the booked check-in time, we had to wait for a while in the hotel lobby. The girl at the front desk gave us free drinks, which made us feel very warm. The hotel's underground parking lot is still under construction, and guests will be provided with the address of nearby public parking lots. The distance is not far, the price is moderate, and the overall feeling is good.

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

MMiss J AshleyGreat location, spotless rooms, and amazing staff — perfect for a short stay! I stayed at the B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for one night while in Alicante for a business trip, and it was exactly what I needed — comfortable, convenient, and easy. My flight from London was delayed, so I emailed the hotel from the plane worried I wouldn’t make check-in. The staff replied immediately, reassuring me that they have 24-hour check-in, which was such a relief. When I arrived a couple of hours later, the night staff were lovely — welcoming, friendly, and made check-in effortless. There’s also unlimited coffee from a machine downstairs, which is always a win after a long travel day! The lobby décor was modern and fresh, and my room was simple but spacious, with two twin beds pushed together (perfect setup). The bathroom layout was semi-open but still private, and everything was spotless. The shower was great, water pressure strong, and I loved being able to connect my phone to the smart TV — a nice modern touch. The view from my window looked out over rooftops, and it felt private, which I appreciated. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was buffet style with a good continental spread — fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, and a few hot options. It was exactly what I needed to start the day. Staff in the morning were just as friendly and helpful as the night before. I stayed to work for a few hours from my room and later from the reception area, which had plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is ideal — there’s a supermarket right next door, and it’s only a short walk to the waterfront and central city area, which makes it easy to explore before moving on. The only small downside was the minimal furniture in the room — it could use an extra chair or two — but for a short or overnight stay, it’s more than comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend B&B Hotel Alicante Centro for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and affordable base to rest, refuel, and explore the city. I’ll happily stay again next time I’m passing through Alicante!

YYanaDesignWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat. We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe T Lodge feels like an old, rather gloomy, and neglected US-style motel, really only suitable for a one-night stopover like ours. I had chosen it strategically, as it was a bit outside the city center and on our route south, hoping for a good night's sleep before continuing our drive. Sadly, it proved to be very noisy inside, with paper-thin walls and a flimsy door (we even had to use earplugs). However, the friendly staff and a good breakfast, served in a pleasant and modern dining room, offered some small comfort after the terrible night. I should also highlight the free on-site parking, which is quite a rarity in Spain. Overall, I'd say the value for money was poor.

GGuest UserLocation: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.

VVinci7788The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well. Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity

CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed. Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed. The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure. The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person. The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home. The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good. Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good. I am happy to come back again next time

GGuest UserGreat location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.
