The only minor drawback was that the room TV wasn't internet-enabled and didn't support screen mirroring, which might be slightly inconvenient for those who prefer watching TV. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide variety of dishes, but it did include local specialties like ”簸箕炊” (a type of steamed rice dish) and ”捞粉” (a type of rice noodle soup). However, there were no suggestions on how to eat them. I suggest adjusting the details from a more local perspective; it might be better that way. Other aspects were satisfactory, and I would recommend it overall.

A very satisfying stay experience. The hotel receptionist, H, was very friendly. The lobby was spacious and had a great environment. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the internet speed was fast, and it was convenient for working. Free parking was readily available. The hotel's location is excellent. Wyndham will definitely be my first choice again next time I'm in Gaozhou for business. 😊

I requested to book a hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I felt that it was very worthwhile to stay. The hotel has a sense of design. The room is big enough and the cleanliness is decent. The bed in the big bed room is also 2 meters. It is suitable for our family of three. It is very close to the beach (Yuanjingling Beach is relatively clean in Guangdong Beach, And the area is large, the sea conditions are good), breakfast is simple but it is also a matching price, there is an urge to come again

The price includes breakfast on the reservation platform, but the front desk staff at the store takes breakfast as a welfare gift. There is no connection and attractions to give away tickets, and they insist that the platform is wrong with their negotiation. The experience is not as good as 25 years, and I hope that with the development of the town, more and more projects will be fully equipped.

Parking is convenient, room facilities are very good, the view is good, you can see the lights along the river, and the fountain show in front of the hotel is very beautiful and exciting. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, and it would be better if the drinks could be more comprehensive.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

I had planned to visit in April, hoping for fewer crowds and pleasant weather. However, it seemed there were too few visitors, as many attractions were closed. The hotel restaurant was still serving its Chinese New Year menu, which was disappointingly bad. It felt like such a waste of a great beachfront location.

The hotel is easy to find, and the check-in service was excellent and quick. The rooms were clean and tidy, and it was very quiet at night. You can enjoy evening tea right inside the hotel without having to go out. Unfortunately, the laundry room wasn't open yet. The pool wasn't crowded, and the environment was very nice.

Environment: The hotel is in the scenic area, the lobby is a few hundred meters away from the room, you can take a battery car. The lobby is on the bridge, the road is narrow, it is not easy to park, and there are more people in traffic jams on holidays and weekends. It is recommended to optimize. Facilities: The room is OK, the toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and overall it is satisfactory. The breakfast tastes good and the restaurant staff is also very good. Service: Two suggestions for improvement, 1: The hotel does not have Chinese food and dinner, you have to eat ~ you can go to the scenic spot to eat, it is quite inconvenient to encounter rainy weather. You can't order takeaway. I hope the hotel can improve, even if you provide a simpler package. 2: There is no spare quilt in the room. I asked the front desk for the first night and said it was used up. When I continued to live the next day, I called to ask for it. Anyway, I just found a reason not to give it. Feedback to Trip.com customer service, and the quilt was sent to the room soon. Holiday hotels can increase prices, and the service should keep up. I have to say that Trip.com customer service is still very good, can the urgent need of users, the hotel will find a reason for this is not good. The hotel cabinet at this price does not provide a spare quilt. Is it too much to call for a quilt?

A perfect score! This hotel is absolutely worth it. The environment is impeccable. Located in a mountain resort, every stroll around the hotel is refreshing and the air is incredibly fresh. Even more praiseworthy is the service from the staff. Everyone is polite and friendly, and from check-in to check-out, all our needs are met promptly and warmly. We felt like family. Excellent scenery and service, thumbs up!
