As a frequent traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely comment, but I have to comment on this hotel:
First of all, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and running until 12 o'clock, the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk, they asked for a room change, they said it would take 20 minutes, but I waited 20 minutes and they still didn't arrive. When I called again and asked for a replacement immediately, they could make a resolution in three minutes, proving that they didn’t really care what the customer felt.
Secondly, after arriving in the new room, the lamp in the room was bad, and I waited again for 30 minutes to change the lamp.
Finally, when ordering, order a vegetarian dish, the first time the waiter forgot to order, after the second order urged them three times, after waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came up, but I have already finished eating. The hotel staff said that I was sorry that I could exempt the order, but I didn't ask for the order, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef waited for me in the restaurant and said that I was very sorry and sent a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still means that the hotel's dining service is very slow, which seriously affects the time of the guests.
Hope the hotel can make improvements!
property was great location, rooms are very good, Food is also tasty and hygienic, staff also very nice, its located near to padamma gudi mata temple its very greatful bcz you will go to the temple for darshan easily…….
The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Everything is decent at a budget friendly hotel, amenities were good and receptionists were prompt at every service requested but only concern is rooms are stinky due to no air flow and need to be on Air conditioner all the time to get rid of smell
Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.
The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

The hotel was definitely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty average. Except for hand wash and body wash there was no other toiletries provided. There were no hand towels or face towels provided- and only one bath towel was left in the room. The extractors/exhausts in the toilets didn’t work. But the location is good.
It is a very convenient furnace couch, a 1-minute walk from the metro station. The main street running under the metro is quite congested in the evening. Tuk-tuk is found soon.
Clean room, shower temperature and water volume are sufficient.
The restaurant is open at 19:30, but you can enjoy the local food of Hyderabad. Alcohol lunch is available at the bar that opens from 11 am.
I was able to spend very comfortable.

The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine
SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!
PPANCHALIt's a beautiful property with all the amenities possible. The hospitality is top notch and staff is very courteous n cooperative. Ms. Ankita made sure that our check-in, stay & check-out was smooth. The room was spacious with a garden *****. The dinner & breakfast spread was lavish and sumptuous.
I recommend this resort for sure if anyone is visiting Mashobra as the views are serene & tranquil here. Keep up the good work Regenta Team!!

Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good
Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs
Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times
