"The first things I noticed were the convenient location and how clean the hotel was. I really loved the Lavande scent in the shampoo, body wash and air diffuser — everything smelled so nice and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and quite big, especially the orthopaedic pillows. I also loved the smart home system, especially being able to play music while taking a shower — such a nice little touch! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

"I think the service is standard everywhere where a room costs more than 2,500 rubles per night. It's worth noting that breakfast is included in the price; you can't book a stay at this hotel without it. A 3 for convenience due to the constantly fluctuating water temperature in the shower—you'd think you could set it, but then it's either hot or cold—there's no middle ground. There are air conditioners in the lobby on the first floor, although on the other floors (2nd through 6th floors) they either don't have them or don't turn them on. Breakfast 👍🏻, plenty of seating."

"Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"

"The room was clean and hygienic, not large but adequate. The mattress was comfortable, the pillows were the right thickness, and the comforter was good. The writing chair in the room was of excellent quality, very comfortable and sturdy! The hotel is new, but there was no smell of renovation. The breakfast was decent. Overall, it meets the standards of a Hilton Garden Inn. The downside is that there's not much of a view; the floor lamps in the room are located under the bar, which are very dazzling and glaring, even with pillows."

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)"

"The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities. Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room. The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked."
