Great location, right opposite the central station, making it super convenient to get around. There are Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was a breeze. The cleanliness and facilities are good, nothing to complain about. Plus, there's free coffee! 👍 It can be a bit noisy, though, as it's right by the main road near the station.
Dissatisfactory points:
1. The shower water is cold at night, and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. They can only be scattered on the floor. It is very inconvenient.
2. The first floor is a bar, not a place for hostel guests to eat buffet food. The self-service kitchen is on the top floor with few equipments, which is very inconvenient.
Good place.
Nice service
Big rooms and we'll equipped.
A bit hard to find, the entrance at the moment is hidden behind temporary wal as some construction is
Taking place there.

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))
It was a great hotel. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and provided great service. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.
This is a great value accommodation.
It takes 10 minutes by bus from the train station. The problem is that there is only one bus per hour.
Cremona is not big, so you can walk to the Violin Museum in 20 minutes.
Good hotel a few km. from the airport. A little dated but overall ok. The underground garage is useful. The only flaw, the covering of the corridor where the rooms open was ”unglued” in some places, consequently every time someone walked there it made an annoying noise, and since it was mostly customers to and from the airport, the noise was there at all hours.
The room is nice, but you need to bring your own lock. It is a hotel where you can make friends. The staff is very friendly. Although there were some minor mistakes, they solved the problem quickly. The experience came to Rome specifically to help me solve the problem. It was very good, thank you very much. The scenery next to the hotel is also very beautiful. It is very good. I will come again next time

Very Good
GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
AAnonymous UserThe room was decent, with a relatively new renovation. Although it was a deluxe room, it wasn't particularly large, but it did have a small balcony. Its location near the train station is convenient for catching the airport shuttle, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was average and didn't quite meet four-star standards, but it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the subway.

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration.
Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb.
The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control.
Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer.
The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there.
The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel.
Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended
GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!
CChengbaomamiMy first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.
GGuest UserThe place was incredibly clean and the staff were all super nice. Facilities were great, with some complimentary fruits, veggies, and condiments, plus a self-serve drink station (though some items like towels incur a charge). My roommates were lovely too. There's both indoor and outdoor space available, the location is excellent, and the directions provided were very clear.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
