GGuest UserI brought my elders to visit and chose this hotel for the first time. They provided full service from the entrance to the room. Welcome fruit was given in each room. The lake view room provided 6 bottles of free mineral water, wooden floor, and central air conditioning. Those who are afraid of cold don't have to worry. A humidifier was also thoughtfully prepared. The lobby on the first floor provided more than a dozen hot drinks (ginger sugar water, tangerine peel water, chrysanthemum tea, rose water, etc.). Breakfast was provided with a wide variety, including Chinese and Western food. I saw the waiter pouring a container of big brand organic pure milk. The breakfast room has a sofa booth dining table and a window view dining table. A variety of fruits and various free items are provided. Every detail in the room is made with special care.

QQianchuanzinaodaiIt's a loft style, and my kids like it very much. The whole room is smart, and there's a direct drinking machine in the room. It's good, it's good, and it won my heart. The scenery outside the window is also super beautiful. The most important thing is that it is upstairs from Fat Donglai's place, so shopping in the supermarket is effortless. It's only a three- to four-minute walk from the ancient city of Caowei. The location is also very good. Like, like, five-star review! ! !

GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

AAnonymous UserExcellent service, spotless and hygienic, and the room was a series of pleasant surprises. The clean and tidy environment was immediately impressive upon entering. The bedding was soft, made of raw cotton, and the mattress was perfectly firm. It came with two different types of pillows, making it incredibly comfortable to fall asleep immediately after a long night's travel. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, the smart toilet was very convenient, and the soundproofing throughout the house was superb – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all, even as a light sleeper like myself, I slept soundly. The most delightful feature was the window design; opening the curtains in the morning revealed a beautiful street view, and the bright, natural light was perfect for taking photos.

The sound insulation of the room is super good, and the sound of the corridor is not heard at night, which is too friendly for people with light sleep.
