We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

The hotel is good, cozy, beautiful, and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's pleasant music in the evenings. The staff is polite and always ready to help; we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and it was resolved quickly. At the restaurant and front desk, they always ask for feedback about your stay and wish you a pleasant day. There's a pool, but the weather didn't allow us to use it. The sea, promenade, and shops are all near the hotel. I recommend this hotel for booking.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around the area. The lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast restaurant offers a nice ambiance with a decent variety of options. The in-room facilities are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Plus, it's a convenient walk to the beach.

No claims! It was all high. Food, water, everything is fine. There is a swimming pool where children are not allowed. With children too a lot of entertainment. Aquapark and a park of attractions on the territory. We have all visits included in the cost of accommodation. We are very happy.

Good day! The Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel in Aktau stayed for a few days, remained very satisfied. It was pleasant to surprise the 24-hour work of the registration arrived in the evening, the settlement passed quickly and without problems. The room was cozy, decorated in classic style with sea view . All required split-system, TV, bathroom available, everything worked well. Especially pleased with the fast Wi-Fi, which rarely occurs in hotels of this level. I would like to mark the restaurant delicious breakfasts , excellent service. Also there is a bar where you can enjoy a pleasant evening. Location is convenient

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was affordable, the front desk service was good, it seemed that the Chinese were staying, it was very polite, the friendship between China and Afghanistan was long-lasting, and the environment was very warm.

I think I was the first Chinese person to stay at this newly renovated budget hotel. The surrounding area is quite desolate, right next to a road and a railway. The soundproofing is surprisingly good; it's like a motel from an American TV show. The room isn't big, but it's clean. There's a slightly pungent smell of renovation residue. Breakfast includes milk, bread, and sausage; the taste is average.
