I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

Although the hotel is old, it is still relatively clean. The exhibition hall is across the street. I have to praise the breakfast here. There are many varieties. Later, I went to hotels in other cities in Mexico. The breakfast was really different from here, especially the vegetable juice. I had to have a cup every day. Later, the vegetable juice I drank in other hotels was really hard to describe, not only in appearance but also in taste. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, safe and comfortable. The old brand’s history and European style. Breakfast is also good, the hotel restaurant is also good, and free parking is provided.

The hotel is near the hotel. It has KFC downstairs and OXXO if you need to buy something. I stayed for 1 night only . The bed is very comfortable. I had a really good sleep during my stay there. The water pressure on the other hand is quite weak specially when you use hot water. The hot water needs improvement also. Breakfast is a simple western buffet service. They have airport shuttle which run every hour but you need to reserve early as the seats fill up quickly. Overall, the hotel is a good place for a quick stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by a complete range of restaurants. The room facilities are a bit old, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business travelers with limited budgets but pursuing practicality.

The location of ibis is very close to Exhibition Hall I, only a minute or two walk away. If attending an exhibition, business residence is a convenient choice. There is a 24-hour small supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel, which is convenient for buying water and some food. The waiters in the hotel are quite enthusiastic and help to print boarding passes and call taxis for free. It is more convenient to eat in the hotel at night, there are only some minimalist snacks.

No, there are supermarkets and many restaurants within 3 minutes. There is a restaurant run by a Korean couple 3 minutes to the left of the hotel downstairs. They serve Japanese, Chinese and Korean food. The taste is good, but the price is a bit expensive. You can try it. The only downside is that public transportation is inconvenient, and you must take Uber or Didi.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I've booked. I really like the location. The cleanliness is very good. The parking could be improved, but it's understandable that it's not as accessible due to the small property. And like everything, there are minor aspects that could be improved, nothing that would detract from the comfort of the stay.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

GGuest UserFacilities The hotel is well-equipped, with large-screen TVs, coffee machines and hair dryers in the rooms to meet daily needs. The gym and swimming pool equipment are well-maintained and comfortable to use. The conference room is spacious and suitable for business activities. The overall facilities are modern, and you can feel the attention to detail. Service The service staff are enthusiastic and efficient in checking in and out. The room service responds promptly and can solve problems quickly. The restaurant service is thoughtful, and the speed of ordering and serving is satisfactory. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and transportation information, and provides a lot of help. Hygiene The hotel has excellent hygiene conditions, the room is very clean, and the bedding is fresh and odorless. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the towels and toiletries are neatly placed. There is no garbage in the public area, and the elevators and corridors are also very clean. The overall environment makes people feel very comfortable. Environment The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, with a high greening rate, giving people a sense of relaxation. The room has good sound insulation, and almost no outside noise can be heard. Convenient transportation, close to the business district and attractions. The lighting design at night is warm, which enhances the overall living experience.

We stayed for two nights, the whole is very hygienic, the restaurant tastes good, the price is not high, but there are not many choices. The external environment is okay. There are two swimming pools and WiFi in public areas, but the rooms do not, and they are very simple. Apart from the bedding and basic bathroom, there are no other facilities. Of course, the price is just this package, so choose according to your needs .

HHipptech WirelessHad to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

GGuest UserI don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

GGuest UserLoft Hotel Malecón is an outstanding boutique-style hotel located in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta, just one short block from the ocean and the iconic Malecón boardwalk. The location is ideal for travelers who want to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and cultural attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Guests enjoy excellent value for the price, with spacious, modern rooms that feel more like private lofts than standard hotel accommodations. The hotel features a beautiful outdoor pool, optional breakfast service, and exceptionally warm, professional staff who truly make guests feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms are known for being large, clean, and extremely comfortable, offering far more space than typical hotels in this price range. Whether you are visiting for business, a romantic getaway, or a vacation with friends, Loft Hotel Malecón delivers comfort, convenience, and top-tier service at an affordable rate.

GGuest UserOur room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

GGuest UserPros: - Good location - Huge rooms - Close to Malecon Cons: - Too crowded - Noisy - Only real option for lunch is their buffet place - Pool is not clean - Time share - Staff could be a little more friendly - Buffet is too busy/crowded We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.
