Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

Generally mababait mga staff. Goods ang aircon!  Kaya lang…  Yung TV walang maayos na signal. Normal lang not Smart. Mahina internet, sobrang hina. Minsan wala pang signal. Kahit data mahina kasi yung room ko medyo kulob. May ipis.

Stayed at Central Park Reef Resort in Subic and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. Pros: The hotel itself is very clean and modern, which immediately stands out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, definitely a plus if you’re staying with family. Both pools are great in different ways — the ground floor pool has a really nice shaded setup with a relaxed atmosphere, while the rooftop pool is perfect for sunset views overlooking the beach. The American diner-themed restaurant is also a nice touch aesthetically. Cons: Food was unfortunately a letdown. The pizza tasted like something straight out of the freezer, squid rings were tough and had a fishy taste, and breakfast was pretty average at best — especially considering the price point. What really stood out (in a bad way) were the extra charges. Being asked to pay ₱100 for an extra pillow and ₱50 for ice felt excessive. I even requested a simple room setup for our 7th anniversary, and they quoted ₱5000, which was honestly surprising. It feels like they try to charge for every little thing. Overall: Great facilities and comfortable stay, but the food quality and constant add-on charges take away from the experience. Good place to relax, just don’t expect much from dining or flexibility with requests.

We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

A nice stay at the Eurotel. I do like how they have a front and back entrance. I did not partake in the restaurant at all but from the looks of the menu, there were some great items on there. I will say the price makes up for the lack of amenities and not saying that in a harsh way. Just comparing it to other hotels that I've stayed at in the area. I do appreciate the water but that was all. No mini-fridge, coffee, etc. I do appreciate them letting me check in an hour early, without a fee and I was able to store my luggage until I came back. If I need a budget hotel to stay at, I would stay here again. ☺️ Please note my pics were after the stay, not before. Everything was in order when I got there

I've stayed here twice, and both times, checking in took forever. The staff at the front desk were running around, talking about something I couldn't understand. Also, both times, there were no bath towels in the room, so I had to call and wait a while for them. Other than that, everything else was fine. The room's ambiance, decor, and overall environment are quite good. For the price, I'd say it's an excellent value.

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.

The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike. The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order. The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate. Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water. I would stay here again..

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

CClarinda EvangelistaI appreciated the adjustments that the hotel did to make our stay comfortable - from the pillow and towel requests, the expedited check-in and the apology an attention of one of the managers, I would book Swissotel again!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

Ggigi travelerfirst visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar when I was 15, and it has developed so much since then. The people are very welcoming, and I absolutely love the sunsets here it gives such a beautiful old Filipino vibe. The food at the Italian restaurant was good and served quickly this time. Just a tip: it helps to follow up on your drinks, as they can take a bit longer. The room is quite old, but still comfortable 👍
