We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, setting a positive tone from the moment we arrived. While the hotel currently operates as a 3-star establishment, the quality of service and facilities genuinely warrant a 4-star rating. It seems their upgrade application may still be pending, but based on my experience, they absolutely deserve the higher classification. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff demonstrated genuine care and professionalism that made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition - both the variety and quality of food were outstanding and easily earn top marks. We had a minor issue during breakfast service, but the lady in charge of the breakfast area handled our concern with remarkable grace and attentiveness. Her professional and caring approach to resolving the matter was exemplary, and we'd like to extend our sincere gratitude to her once again. This hotel offers excellent value and service that exceeds expectations. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality accommodation with exceptional service.

The room is acceptable and the location is first class.

Lovely hotel in the forest. Ideal place to break up our cycle trip from Kirklarei to Bulgaria . Super comfy beds. A/C. Tea and coffee facilities. Hot water. Room to bring our trailer into our room. Safe place to lock our bike over ihht. Restaurant was good. Breakfast included

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is quite big. The front desk staff couldn't keep up with the English, but they could do their best to communicate and help. There were not many varieties of breakfast, but there was no problem with eating. There was a parking lot, but we stopped at the hotel entrance. The room on the inside is very quiet. Very close to the beach and very close to the walk.
