Staff are very friendly. Free breakfast with a classic touch (old style coffee) and the free entry ticket to Lost World of Tambun from the Hotel is a BIG PLUS point. Room is clean and tidy.
Bali is just next door! Haven on earth, good environment, vibes and massage. Excellent customer services from staff named Rahman, he prepared a parking and ramp for me as i brought my mom on wheelchair. Exceeded expectations
If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).
Had such a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Perak š The place is so calm and conveniently located ā perfect for a quick getaway! The rooms were super cozy and clean, and I loved the warm, welcoming vibe from the moment I checked in.
The food was amazing (canāt get over the breakfast spread š) and the staff were just the sweetest, always smiling and ready to help. Everything felt so well taken care of.
Definitely one of those stays that makes you want to come back again š«š
This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay.
The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones.
Most of the room floor is tiledānot wooden, SPC or carpeted āand the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining.
On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to themākeep it up!
The hotel was amazing, a customer service was at the top level explaining things, Even give me a courtesy late check out at 1pm. Seriously the best hotel I stayed in a couple of year. Kudos to front desk staffs for their ways to go beyond further.
My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didnāt belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didnāt know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time
This hot spring hotel is nestled in the valley, boasting beautiful surroundings and fresh air. There's no need to leave the resort; you can simply enjoy good food and drinks, soak in the hot springs, and even feed the fish. Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM and is Ć la carte. A friendly Chinese staff member recommended the *char kway teow*, shredded chicken rice noodles, and curry rice noodles, all of which were absolutely delicious! We also tried the French restaurant located in a cave, and the ambiance was truly stunning. The food service there was genuinely very slow, so it's best to enjoy some wine while you wait. The souvenir we received at check-out was also a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time.
Love the hotel cleanliness and aim towards sustainability. Recreshing smell in and around the hotel. 2nd trip to Perak and 2nd stay at the hotel. Big family room so its good for family with small children. No halal breakfast provided there. But easily can get on Grab or easily get it near the town area.
Facilities excellent for the price. Nice location, away from the dusty town and next door to the lake garden. the garden has many food options.
Good front desk service

GGuest UserThis is my 3rd time staying at the resort.
Belum Rainforest Resort is probably stand out because of it extraordinary nature surrounded by water and beautiful greenery. However thereās a lot of disappointment. Such as :
1. Room wasnāt as clean as a normal resortĀ
2. Bathroom also outdatedĀ
3. No TVĀ
4. No wifi despite password was given. Absolutely nothing can be access.
I strongly urging the management to get the progressional manager to manage the premises. I guess most guess paid for it luxury and enjoy the beautiful nature with activities such as hiking and boating.
Unfortunately this resort is deteriorating fast despite some amenities was newly installed. Such as the new restaurant that facing the lake.Ā
Would come back again because this is the only place you can put up for night with proximity to the vast lake.
