It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.

Actually the hotel is good, only get a bad experience for the first time staying here, I ordered a romantic dinner directly to this hotel cp, I made sure it was private and didn't share with others. But the reality is ZONK. On the day of H, I checked in, I didn't know if there was a single organ, I wanted to sing near the pool. I was told how many hours have been. Seriously, I have paid expensive and I was in a hurry, where many people were lined up, the gifts were also as good as it was just a day, even though I booked the dinner Romantic DR VERY DAY. Not bad, the price is 1jt, but if the waiter is so 😥 starts at 19.00 - 21.00 he said, but the tb is being rushed at 17.00-19.00 hadeh. If I didn't say I wouldn't accept it, I would have dinner at 17.00 pdhl before saying 19.00 . But besides that, it's okay, fortunately it sells a sea view. Please improve the service yes. I'm just disappointed that I should have a romantic momment dinner, even a place to be a crowded, and many people passing by when I want to take pictures. Lovely experience in the lush forest with loads of nearby attractions and places to walk and explore. We enjoyed the cabin that was really cool. It felt a bit rubbish that you had to pay for every little thing. And we didn't like how you couldn't just buy water from the reception when you needed more (despite providing it daily). We did the campfire with marshmallows which was fun, the waterfall is beautiful and you can swim in it! We also didn't like that, as foreigners we had to pay an extra 120k for both of us to enter the area, it should really be included in the cost.

Only because of the location of the hotel to the point of the photos of Borobodur and the valley. Pricing is inadequate. My second visit at this hotel. Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. PLUS ONE for their free refill on drink water, coffee, and tea. Thus are very helpful that i dont need to bother myself to go out looking for groceries store at night.

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

Maybe the best one hotel in the town, great swimming pool and breakfast was good. Rooms close to the generator are noisy.

Possibly this hotel had been expecting more guests in the past but the pandemi had made their ability to maintain its standard a bit more difficult to achieve

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
