I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. The environment here is really great! The lady at the front desk saw we had two large suitcases and even upgraded our room. The hygiene is excellent, and there's a full-length mirror. I especially loved the large window that made the room so bright during the day. I was surprised to find a scale, and the slippers were even individually sealed. They offer laundry and drying service; you just hand your clothes to the front desk, and they'll take care of it. Plus, they gave us a late check-out. The hotel is also super close to the scenic spots, easily reachable by foot or a shared bike. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Facilities: Decent. Cleanliness: Clean. Location: The hotel is in the city center, very close to Qinzhou Old Street. However, reaching Sanniang Bay or Xili Bay takes approximately a 35-minute drive. Service: Service was average. There was an unpleasant incident at the buffet restaurant, but I won't elaborate. The family room was exceptionally large with a fantastic view, which was a definite highlight. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

We got an upgraded room, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was fully equipped with plenty of complimentary vouchers. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean. The room itself was large, and the bed was big and comfortable, easily accommodating two adults and two children without any issues. We slept soundly all night without any itching or discomfort. The two balconies were lovely and offered direct views of the river. Once we parked, we didn't need to drive anywhere; exploring the surrounding area on foot was very pleasant. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel even had robots deliver takeout to the room, which was convenient. Laundry facilities were also handy. The staff on every floor were very enthusiastic. Definitely worth a stay!

After checking out, it was incredibly difficult to get a taxi due to the bad weather. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful, they tried their best to call a car for me. Even though the ride ultimately got canceled for various reasons and I didn't end up using it, their effort and willingness to help truly touched me. Overall, my stay was excellent, with attentive service and thoughtful details. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Wishing you all the best and continued success!

I saw online that this hotel was highly rated for its beautiful scenery, so I made a special trip here! The hotel entrance might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. The hotel is right on the Li River, where you can go fishing during the day. In the afternoon, there are even cormorant fishing interactions and traditional craft workshops, all perfect for family fun. The hotel also offers free travel photography, and we got some great family photos as a souvenir. The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding us. The facilities are comprehensive, with a parking lot, a pool, and a kids' club. The service is also excellent; they pretty much fulfill every request! I highly recommend everyone come and experience it for yourselves!

Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel for my trip to Guilin! Its location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center by Rong Lake. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and Jingjiang Princes' City are all within walking distance. Plus, there are electric scooters available for rent right outside, so you can explore all the main attractions without any hassle. The hotel service was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were all so enthusiastic and attentive; they even proactively helped us with our luggage. The lobby thoughtfully provided complimentary fruits and various soft drinks, which you could help yourself to – it's the little details that count! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Guilin rice noodles and Gongcheng oil tea, truly capturing the local flavors. The restaurant also serves genuine Guilin cuisine for lunch and dinner, which was delicious and authentic. The first-floor lobby also has a gym and a children's play area, so if you're traveling with kids, you won't have to worry about them getting bored or restless. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guilin!

The price-performance ratio is quite high. They upgraded our room for free, and the room was very spacious. We stayed there for one night in Nanning and it was very satisfactory. Although the hotel exterior doesn't look that new, the interior is quite nice and new. It was also quite clean. The only minor drawback is that there's not enough space in the shower room to hang clothes and towels.
