I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. We got an upgraded room, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was fully equipped with plenty of complimentary vouchers. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean. The room itself was large, and the bed was big and comfortable, easily accommodating two adults and two children without any issues. We slept soundly all night without any itching or discomfort. The two balconies were lovely and offered direct views of the river. Once we parked, we didn't need to drive anywhere; exploring the surrounding area on foot was very pleasant. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel even had robots deliver takeout to the room, which was convenient. Laundry facilities were also handy. The staff on every floor were very enthusiastic. Definitely worth a stay!

Whenever I'm in Nanning, Marriott is my first choice, and this time I have to give a huge shout-out to Sally! Her service was warm and thoughtful, she responded incredibly fast, and was exceptionally attentive. Having such an outstanding employee is the hotel's greatest asset! 👍🏽

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

The view from the scenic room I booked was absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed high-altitude panorama – perfect for photos! The room itself was clean and tidy, with elegant soft furnishings and comfortable, skin-friendly bedding. Our butler, Jenna, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The common areas were neat and grand, and the service team, including Colin, Rose, Helen, and Eileen, were all excellent. It was quiet at night, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's ideal whether you're traveling for leisure or just need a change of scenery. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

The hotel is clean and the service is particularly good. The location is absolutely perfect, the taxi to the Ma'anshan cruise ship terminal is very close, the evaluation is super surprise, the front desk is warm, fast, the whole house is clean, dry and wet separation, sound insulation is super good

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.

I saw online that this hotel was highly rated for its beautiful scenery, so I made a special trip here! The hotel entrance might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. The hotel is right on the Li River, where you can go fishing during the day. In the afternoon, there are even cormorant fishing interactions and traditional craft workshops, all perfect for family fun. The hotel also offers free travel photography, and we got some great family photos as a souvenir. The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding us. The facilities are comprehensive, with a parking lot, a pool, and a kids' club. The service is also excellent; they pretty much fulfill every request! I highly recommend everyone come and experience it for yourselves!
