The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. You can even see it from your room, and it's just a short walk across the road. It's also very close to Hehua Airport, only a 15-minute drive away. The hotel service is excellent. They called ahead to confirm our details, and knowing we were traveling with seniors and children and requested three adjacent rooms, they arranged for rooms that were perfectly next to each other. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices spread across three different stations, and it was delicious. There are many restaurants near the hotel, all around it, and they're all local specialty chain restaurants. I highly recommend Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai and Fuzhengyi Sanshangguo, especially the Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai right next door – every dish there was tasty.

The Hansu Exotic Inn was amazing! From the extremely helpful staff, amenities, and cool rooms! The hotel owner went ABOVE & BEYOND creating a schedule for us to tour the 2 Nationals parks in the area! He sat down with us for hours and made sure we had a full itinerary each day that included all the sights we wanted to see, rest/food, and even suggested additional activities. Even on our off day the staff took the time to sit and talk with us. This trip would not be possible or as amazing without the staff at the Hansu Exotic Inn. They are amazing and I would suggest this hotel to anyone coming to the area!

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! You can even go swimming here in the summer. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – it's close to all the main attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There's even a pharmacy across the street and a store similar to MINISO right next door.

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

I've been to many ancient towns, but Furong Town is the only one that truly lives and breathes with the sound of water and the glow of lights. The waterfall cascades right past the eaves, and the bluestone slabs are smoothed by time. The lights at night aren't a forced spectacle, but rather a gentle embrace that envelops the entire town. There's no frivolous over-commercialization, just the poetic harmony of nature and local life. It's breathtaking at first sight and unforgettable for a lifetime – this is truly an irreplaceable secret gem of western Hunan.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”

This hotel is tucked away in an alley near Hongqiao, and while it's not directly on the river, a short walk of a few dozen meters takes you right to the heart of the Tuojiang scenic area. The rooms are quiet, very clean and tidy, with a great separate wet/dry bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast is provided, and there's a lovely rooftop tea area where you can relax with tea, chat, and enjoy the views. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and proactive; they'll contact you before check-in for pickup, otherwise, it would be tricky to find! For those driving, they'll arrange free parking at a nearby lot, which is very convenient. The hotel has four floors; it would be absolutely perfect if there were an elevator, especially for older guests, to avoid climbing stairs.

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient, eating and shopping around is also convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, the hot water was large, and the air conditioning effect was good. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, and it is very safe to live. The front desk service was warm and polite, the service attitude was particularly good, and there was a problem and could be responded in time. Good value for money, the overall experience is satisfactory, I will choose this next time, I can also help book tickets, cheaper than my own booking, it is recommended!

The room was great! I specifically requested a room with a view of the railway in advance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and understanding, especially since I was traveling with my child. They thoughtfully asked for the minor's information during check-in, which was wonderful – it made me feel much safer. If you're into watching high-speed trains, as pictured, the railway view room is fantastic. I've also uploaded a photo of the pickled vegetable and minced pork noodles for breakfast – amazing! Seriously, it was incredibly delicious! Even though I'm from the south and can't handle too much spice, I could balance it with watermelon. I'll definitely be having this bowl of noodles again next time I visit; the chef preparing them was super fast!

It was pretty good. The room was clean and tidy, and all the shows and variety programs on the TV were free, no extra charge. The front desk staff also carefully explained the sightseeing routes and important tips. If you choose to go to and from the East Gate, they even provide a shuttle service. When checking out, they gave us a souvenir, some berry tea. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.
