The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the confluence of the Xiangjiang and Liuyang rivers. Our room had a northern view, overlooking the Changsha Museum, Library, and Music Center, offering a broad and open panorama of the city's relaxed and comfortable vibe. The room layout was well-designed, with a smooth flow, making all functional areas convenient to use. The lounge's snacks were quite good, and the cocktail making was self-service. Downstairs, one side leads directly to the Beichenhui commercial complex, while the other opens to the riverside greenway, making shopping and strolling very convenient. There's also a small sports center nearby where you can play tennis, squash, badminton, etc., making it a very comfortable choice for a vacation. Finally, a big thank you to rarity and Sera for their enthusiastic assistance; the service was excellent and very personalized.

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

Great location, nestled between Baima Lake Park and Wanda Plaza, with the Arts and Sciences College nearby. Plenty of good food options just ahead in Dejing Garden, super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

Before we even arrived, she sent detailed directions and location info, even marking landmarks because she was worried we might get lost. She patiently answered all our questions during our communication, never once being perfunctory. The hotel facilities are very new, the room was spotless, the bathroom had no odors, and the public areas were clean and bright. For this price, the environment and service offer incredible value for money. When checking out, I happened to catch her on duty. She smiled, said goodbye, and even reminded me to watch my luggage, which instantly gave me a feeling of warmth, like family. I've stayed in many hotels, and such meticulous and considerate service is truly rare. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for access to the nature park and a delicious breakfast every morning (the homemade noodle dish was our favourite). The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Would definitely recommend to others.

The location was perfect for visiting the nearby national forest and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. A special mention goes to the lady at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the national forest, giving us clear and useful details that made planning our visit so much easier. On top of that, she kindly helped us book the tickets in advance, saving us time and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. This is a very good hotel, and I recommend it. The service is top-notch, and the rooms are very pleasant and spacious. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is very polite. I would like to express my gratitude to the administrator, Kelly. After staying at this hotel, we booked two more hotels in other cities during the same trip.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”
