El servicio no ha sido malo. Simplemente nos hubiera gustado disponer de más agua sin gas en la habitación, un abridor que hemos tenido que ir a pedir a recepción y contar con alguna espuma de baño. Además de cepillos dentales, que también hemos hechado en falta. El precio a mayores por el servicio del vino, nos hubiera gustado pagarlo al momento de solicitarlo, no al final. Por lo demás, todo muy correcto. Las vistas, la limpieza, la comodidad y la tranquilidad han sido geniales para un momento de desconexión.

Hotel location is very good, just a little outside the ancient city of Lugo. It takes about five minutes to walk to the ancient Roman wall. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Lugo Cathedral. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and parking spaces downstairs. Room facilities and restaurants are good.

Very good hotel, second time staying here, although only for one night, the hotel specially reserved a king-size bed room for me, very cozy, the front desk staff were also warm and polite, I will stay here next time.

Hotel muy bueno a pesar de tener sus años. Bien conservado y renovado situado en un centro comercial céntrico y pegado al Corte Inglés. Tiene un acuerdo con el parking del C. Comercial y se pagan 10€ x día. No hice uso del desayuno ya que está rodeado de cafeterías. Volveré sin dudarlo.

If you have time, you can go to the surrounding Moorish Beach and golf course. We booked a triple room, which was large and the service staff had already made up the sofa bed. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. Due to the itinerary arrangement, we did not book breakfast at the hotel. The hotel facilities and room facilities, including the sound insulation of the room, are quite satisfactory. El personal de recepción muy atento y servicial, sobre todo con mi madre, el desayuno muy bueno, la cafetera disponible gratis todo el dia es un punto muy favorable para el hotel. Sin duda, si tengo que volver, volvere al mismo hotel, gracias a todo el personal.

We stayed at the apartment premium studio, initially we booked the premium studio but it seems that Trip by mistake passed wrongly the booking information to the hotel. So we went to a standard double room, we came to the reception and explained what we have booked. Despite the error, the people from the reception were very nice. Since there were no studios available they got us the larger room. The room was amazing, very well decorated but must important it was all very clean. I will recommend for sure.

The hotel has convenient transportation, clean environment, rich breakfast, it is recommended to choose and stay. It is the best choice for business travel, and it is highly recommended that everyone stay at this hotel. Like like like
