"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

"The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody."

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The location is right next to South Street, and it was relatively quiet at night due to the low foot traffic these past few days. The room was quite large, and the facilities were relatively new, but the breakfast selection was limited. There's a restaurant right across the street, so be sure to close the curtains if you're in your room. I specifically called to ask if the room's air conditioning could heat, and only booked the room after receiving a positive answer. However, my actual experience was that the heating effect was barely noticeable; the air conditioning was so quiet I couldn't even be sure it was on."

"The hotel receptionists were very helpful and assisted with our luggage. They even upgraded our room, and the first thing we saw when we opened the window was a swing – a beautiful sight with the snow falling. The air conditioning was already on when we entered the room, which was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. The hotel is incredibly photogenic! Located within the scenic area, it's very convenient for further hiking. And most importantly, the food at the hotel is delicious! Don't miss it – this is a hotel I've repeatedly visited!"

"I took a dog by car from Shanghai and stayed at Xinchang Half a mu Huatian B&B 19 Peak Store. This experience was super surprise! The homestay is newly renovated, the overall layout is elegant, and the design can be felt everywhere. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all facilities. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of the mountains and mountains. You can enjoy the natural scenery when you wake up and feel particularly comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied and very delicious. The proprietress was warm and kind, and generously shared the blueberries, wontons and peaches picked up in the mountains, fresh and sweet. The freshly ground coffee she made was also good, with a mellow aroma and excellent taste. This stay experience felt good, my dog also made good friends with the dog next to the hotel. "The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty. In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night."

GGuest UserI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

XxinmeizAn absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

GGuest UserTianmu Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B truly lives up to its reputation as the first space capsule-style B&B in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang region. Each capsule is a private room, offering exceptional privacy. The rooms are also equipped with a smart home assistant, a smart toilet, and a 100-inch projector. Even small details like the ashtrays and tissue boxes are decorated with astronaut figures – we absolutely loved it! Since we were a family, and my partner is very particular about hygiene, everything from the showerhead and toilet to the faucets and mouthwash cups was spotless. Every toiletries item was individually packaged. It truly seamlessly blends science fiction with a pristine environment. Of course, beautiful scenery is a must when traveling. Turning off the projector and opening the electric curtains, the view of Tianmu Mountain unfolds before your eyes. It's also very close to scenic spots like Jinyintai and Tianjitai. I personally tested it and it only takes half an hour to hike from the hotel to the top of Jinyintai. Once you reach the top of Jinyintai, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. After climbing Jinyintai and having dinner, strolling hand-in-hand through the rhododendron valley and enjoying the sunset is a wonderful experience. I must mention the service of their butler staff; they were already waiting for us at the door before our car even arrived, and they thoughtfully helped us with our luggage and looked after the children. Overall, the service, the room type, and the environment were all absolutely fantastic. If you can't go to space, then bring your family to experience a space capsule!

GGuest UserAs soon as she entered the door, Miss Sister gave the children a small gift. The height of the whole hotel is relatively high, and the scenery is better. If it is private, it depends on swiping the card. But the overall grass cloth, the pillows are all hairy. The bottom of the tissue box is easy to fall off. The laundry detergent and toilet disinfectant were very good. It happens to be not far from Wanda, even if it is the Spring Festival, it is more convenient to eat. You can take the bus to the Big Buddha Scenic Area. There are also more parking spaces downstairs.
