"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

Xiao Chen walked into the lobby front desk to see that we had too much luggage. He immediately came out to help. "I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The sanitation of the hotel is very good, the daily necessities are more intimate, the South Street is downstairs, but you can see it at a glance, and you can meet the simple dining.
It should be reminded that the hotel underground garage needs skilled treasures to go to the library. 360° corner turn ＋ slope, large vehicles are not recommended to go to the library.
The experience is not good. I want to say that on the night of the check-in, there were people playing cards on the first floor. The hotel was soundproof. I wanted to call the front desk many times. However, my family had fallen asleep until late at night, which was a bit disturbing."

"Staying at this secluded mountain retreat, nestled amidst misty peaks, was a great experience! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive. Gerry added me on WeChat in advance and was always responsive to my questions. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered goodnight snacks. At checkout, they even prepared farewell treats. The sense of ceremony and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel's free travel photography service was also quite good, though my child was eager to return to the room and wasn't very cooperative. The popular 'Cliff Cloud Ladder' takes you directly to the mountaintop, and from there, you can walk along steps to reach Xiayanbei Village, enjoying expansive views all the way."

"To be honest, the house at this price exceeded my expectations (reverse), the newly opened hotel has a workmanship wind, and the elevator is full of signs of haste completion. After entering the room, the room was large and the scenery outside the window was good, but when I walked into the bathroom, I was stunned. As shown in the picture, although there is a mobile door outside, I didn't even expect it to be frosted. The toilet is also the most common toilet, not even a smart toilet lid. This sliding door is not even installed with a damping, and a little force is a bang. There is no non-slip mat on the ground, forgive me for using a bath towel as a non-slip mat. Can you say that the experience is average?"

"The hotel receptionists were very helpful and assisted with our luggage. They even upgraded our room, and the first thing we saw when we opened the window was a swing – a beautiful sight with the snow falling. The air conditioning was already on when we entered the room, which was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. The hotel is incredibly photogenic! Located within the scenic area, it's very convenient for further hiking. And most importantly, the food at the hotel is delicious! Don't miss it – this is a hotel I've repeatedly visited!"

GGuest UserI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

The room was cozy and of good quality. The service was exceptional. On a snowy day, they helped cover my car with a car cover after I parked outside. The front desk staff were very helpful and I highly recommend them. You can even see the snow scene from your bed!

The environment is good. There is a tea field in the back garden, which is quite special. The front desk checked in quickly. Because it was off-season, I was upgraded to a south-facing room. The room has a bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. A bathtub cover is also provided. The breakfast is very good, with Xinchang specialty snacks. The waiter will take the initiative to ask if you want coffee. There are black swans in the back garden, and there is also a Rose Lady's manor with some cute little animals. Check out is fast, no need to wait, parking does not require registration, it is free, and there are fast charging piles.

It is just opposite Wanda Plaza, with an underground parking lot in the mall, and a few minutes' drive from the Big Buddha Temple, making it convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. There is freshly ground coffee in the hotel lobby, and the facilities and services are good.

It is located about 40 min away from the train station. It’s a good spot because it is quiet and you can access the scenic areas easily by taxi. You have nearby Dafosi temple ( 20 min), Mount Tianmu ( 30 min) and Shijiufeng ( 50 min) The room was comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was included.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel only 5 minutes walk from the famous Buddhist temple in Xinchang, and a shirt taxi ride from Xinchang's main shopping area...so the location is great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.
