The hotel is just 20 minutes walk from the center. Many rooms options, the team was kind enough to upgrade me to a higher floor room which made me feel better and safer.
It seems there was a pub inside which I didn’t use but it sounded lively!
A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge!
One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service.
We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day).
Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).
It was a good stay & all staff was friendly & efficient. Only 1st night we couldn’t enjoy spa but this matter was fixed by next morning. Breakfast was good, dinner was really nice & overall we enjoyed our trip. Thank you
We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.
We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times.
The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it.
Breakfast was excellent.
On my first day in London, I chose to stay at the Moxy Hotel in Slough. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. There's a huge Tesco nearby that's great for all your daily shopping needs. The hotel is also super close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk, making it really convenient to take the Elizabeth Line to central London. Overall, it was a good experience. My only minor gripe is that the hotel hallways could use better ventilation; I'd suggest improving the airflow.
The best hotel in the UK tour left me a very good first impression of Windsor.
The location is right next to the riverside station and it is very convenient to come from London. Next to the Thames (this is a river much more beautiful than the Thames in London) and the bridge connecting Windsor and Eaton, there are various swans, ducks, pigeons and other birds around the river, the scenery is very beautiful. Looking up is Windsor Castle, not far from walking, not far from Windsor & Eton Central station on foot, there are many restaurants, supermarkets around the station, and you can take the bus to Slough to transfer to Oxford and other places. In addition, there are several good restaurants around (recommended Indian cuisine next door mango longue).
The hotel looks old-fashioned but the room is very new, the area is suitable and the living is comfortable. The view of some rooms is also good, such as my room window is facing Windsor Castle.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly.
It is worth mentioning the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast content itself is still mainly English breakfast, but the content is richer than the hotel I stayed in London, with more traditional blood pudding and fried mushrooms. Outside the meal, the window of the breakfast restaurant is facing the Thames. It feels very good to enjoy the beauty of the Thames while dining in the morning. It is a rare breakfast experience outside Japan that I am worth mentioning.
Overall, this is a hotel that is very suitable for a leisurely two-day stay in Windsor, and it is also very suitable as a stronghold for western England attractions, and the experience is much better than the London hotel with the same price.
My stay at Easthampstead was a very great experience! This was my second time staying and I love their hospitality, service, breakfast and most of the amenities available. They always remind me of my style. It was my person’s birthday that week and I had to bring her there for the weekend to get her away from home a bit and we were welcomed with a birthday card for her and a cake to celebrate her. She was really excited and she loved the stay. The receptionist during the weekend were absolutely outstanding with their work. Checking in and out was as smooth as always. Am really glad I came and I hope to see you next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay or for any occasion. Thank you.
It was a nice comfortable room and stay. Cost effective with breakfast.
Systems were down so checking was delayed and held us up. Room was too far for my sister to walk as she suffered with a leg injury and found it difficult to walk to and from the room. Accessibility was not considered despite noting it on the booking so she couldn't have the desired shower room as expected. Could be because of the system issue. The room was spacious and nice, hall a little bland, hall carpet a little tarnished possibly due to footballers and co footfall as it's connected to the stadium so perfect for footballers and families at match time. Entrance clean and inviting. There are 2 floors ,no lift so this must be considered if you cannot walk far. Lobby and breakfast hall was clean, and buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. FYi- my uncle received complimentary benefits for the long check in issues and delays. My sister and I didn't although it would have been nice too, since we waited long also. Overall it was nice but and I would stay again.
This is the first time I’ve stayed in many years, in fact it hasn’t changed it’s like go back into a time warp back to the 90s.
The staff are very nice and the breakfast was very good (they have real eggs).
Now the not so good stuff.
The rooms are basic and outdated. Our mattress was old in fact it caved in the middle.
Being a IHG member they had a loyalty week giving away prizes which was a nice touch but they removed the free bottle of water (not good)

am writing to share some feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. There were several aspects of my room that I was very pleased with, but I also encountered some disappointments regarding the service and amenities that I believe need to be addressed.
The Room (Positive)
On a positive note, I was very pleased with my room overall. The space was incredibly spacious, and both the kitchen area and the toilet/bathroom were excellent and very clean. While we did find the heating and ventilation a bit challenging to figure out at first, we eventually managed to get it sorted.
Regarding room service, it would be highly beneficial if staff members were able to come straight up to the room to check on a customer when an issue arises. While I appreciate being able to call the front desk, having someone physically present to help right away would make a massive difference.
The Breakfast (Disappointing)
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment and really terrible. There were hardly any healthy options available. Furthermore, I would have liked the staff at breakfast to be a little more attentive and welcoming. While they weren't explicitly rude, they lacked the warmth and helpfulness you expect at breakfast.
The Lobby & Public Area
I found the lobby area very difficult to relax in. For some reason, football was being played loudly on the TV with nobody actually watching it. When I mentioned this to the staff, they refused to turn it off. Because the area is already quite tiny and the TV was so loud, it made sitting there and eating very uncomfortable.
Staff and Customer Service
In general, the hotel was quite clean, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. I would have liked the staff to be more present, helpful, and proactive in meeting guest needs. During my stay, I was made to feel like a nuisance and a ”problem” just for asking for basic assistance. A paying customer should never be made to feel like they are being problematic simply for wanting their needs met.
Conclusion
To summarize, the room size, cleanliness, and facilities were perfect bonuses. However, the breakfast quality, lobby atmosphere, and the staff's defensive attitude really let the experience down. I hope you will use this feedback to improve your guest services in the future.i

OOllieSFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

GGuest UserThe hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

GGuest UserProbably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for a diving competition locally and can’t fault this hotel for value for money! The room was a decent size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was decent enough and lots of choice. The staff were very attentive and I can’t believe we only paid £58 for the 3 of us with breakfast included! And there’s a pool, gym and sauna included in that price!
Reading town is a bit rough but if you need to be central it’s right by the high street and town centre, so very easy
