This hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and walking distance to everything that the beautiful town of Maastricht has to offer. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 18 hours. Check out reported. Answer: thank you for transmitting and sorry for it. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the discomfort. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use it. We haven't made stennis it is not worth it, but it's sad it is. More fine hotel!

The hotel is very close to the city center, only a 10-minute walk away. Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to the hot springs, will come again next time! There is a good restaurant around to eat ribs recommended De Zoete Zoen, you can take a few steps to eat here after soaking in the hot springs.

Het is een chique maar aan renovatie toe hotel. Prachtige ligging. De kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit. Wastafel was gescheurd, maar de inloop douche maakte veel goed. En de 2 goede stoelen op de kamer was ook een pluspunt!. Jammer van de ramen met enkelglas, deze zijn aan vervanging toe! Sauna was erg klein, maar voldeed zeker, net zoals het zwembad. Met handdoekservice! Goed verzorgd ontbijt.
