"I first stayed here five or six years ago on my first visit to Guangzhou and had such a great impression that I booked it again this time.
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to Guangzhou Zoo, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a warm and elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially MIA Huang, was incredibly warm and attentive. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, answering any questions promptly and patiently. Their professional service made my check-in experience even more perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions, which made me feel very welcome. I am extremely satisfied.
The cleanliness in the room was exceptional, with every corner spotless, and the amenities were well-equipped.
Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, well-balanced and delicious. Overall, this hotel excels in both its hardware facilities and soft services, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends!"

The staff are polite and attentive, and the bedding in the room is incredibly soft and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. Cc deMy stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the convenient all-room lighting control. The bathroom sink was deep and large, and even the slippers had a V-shaped opening for easy wear – these thoughtful details really stood out and are something I haven't seen in other five-star hotels. The breakfast spread was extensive, with made-to-order options; I tried the Dandan noodles and beef brisket pho, both of which were delicious. From check-in at the front desk to the lobby and restaurant, every staff member was exceptionally polite. Highly recommend! I'll definitely choose Four Seasons again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

As soon as you enter the hotel, the air conditioning is a comfortable blast of cold air, and it smells great. There are many amenities available on the first floor. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The projector in the room was very clear, and everything was clean. As someone with sensitivities, I found the bedding very comfortable, and they clearly put a lot of thought into the pillows! I will definitely consider staying here again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel amenities are pretty standard, but the location is great with lots of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free afternoon tea and late-night snacks.
However, the soundproofing is terrible. On the first night, I stayed in a city-view room and it was incredibly noisy – I barely slept. 😓 After complaining to customer service the next day, they moved me to a river-view room. It had an amazing view directly overlooking the Canton Tower and Liede Bridge. The soundproofing was a bit better on the river-view side.
Kudos to customer service for their quick response!

GGuest UserThe weather was hot, so a few families grouped together to escape the heat here. The rooms were spacious enough, the river view was expansive, and the pool was quite open. The pool is on the top floor and is divided into three areas: the curved shallow area is constant temperature, while the round side pool and the large infinity pool have cooler water, which is perfect for summer. PS: It was so comfortable, even adults lounging on the side enjoyed a cool breeze with no mosquitoes! The kids' play area was smaller than expected, suitable for 1-3 year old babies. We'd definitely revisit this hotel just for the pool and the rooms!

AAnonymous UserThis was my second stay at MO Guangzhou, and it was just as welcoming and comfortable as the first. The room was spacious, and the hygiene conditions were relatively good. The staff were responsive and even proactively guided me when I was unsure of the way. During my stay, it happened to be an important time for my family and me, and the hotel, upon learning this, prepared a cake and a small souvenir. Despite a few minor hiccups, they didn't detract from the overall excellent experience. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and it will remain my top choice when I visit Guangzhou again.

It was indeed fantastic 😎👍 We arrived around 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff, Clinton, was exceptionally nice, thoughtfully offering complimentary breakfast and a welcome gift. The hotel's breakfast was outstanding, with a rich and comprehensive selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, completely satisfying us! The kids absolutely loved the rooftop pool. Whether it was the greeters, concierge, front desk, or housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly! The service was so attentive, giving us a comforting sense of coming home during our return. 👍 Meeting up with a couple of friends in the lobby was great; the overall ambiance was both peaceful and comfortable! The room was meticulously clean, and they even provided turndown service with delicious snacks, which the kids adored! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Getting a taxi was so easy! And parcels were delivered directly to our room! All in all, this experience was absolutely excellent 👌! It's perfect for family and parent-child trips! Our four-day, three-night stay in Guangzhou was very pleasant, making us love the city's hospitality even more~ Next time I return to Guangzhou, this will definitely be my top choice!! I'll also recommend it to other friends! Thank you to every friendly staff member~

FFahrillionThe hotel is very beautiful, in a (for European taste) classic style. The breakfast was a highlight, very good choices. The room was absolutely gourgeous.
I was lucky to receive an upgrade of the room on arrival.
I highly recommend staying here, it is close to the metro and has a lovely little street with loads of restaurants just behind the hotel within 10 mins walking distance.
I did not try the hotel restaurant or spa, so cannot comment on them. The one thing is that when I accidently got of the wrong floor where the restaurant is. I was walking around a bit lost and looking and none of the staff asked if they could help me.
The hotel has a tea room, where they make super tasty coffee as well. I recommend the pistachio latte, very, very tasty!

SSaonixiaofashiOur overall experience was fantastic! One ticket gave us access to the water park, forest park, and hot springs.
First, we stayed in the main building, which has underground parking. The front desk staff were very patient explaining all the services, and they even offered concierge service and luggage storage. The hotel room had a great view and comprehensive facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, game room, coffee shop, book bar, and more (everything you need for eating, sleeping, and playing).
Second, the water park is huge. While it doesn't have many super thrilling rides, there are plenty of watersports on the lake, an infinity pool, and a beach. The facilities are also excellent, with many restrooms and changing rooms for convenience. What's more, there's an indoor children's water area, so rain is no problem (a pleasant surprise was finding a hot spring pool inside the indoor park – perfect for both moms and kids!).
Third, the forest park is newly opened this year. Although only children under 1.2 meters are free, many activities are suitable for kids as tall as 1 meter (so many children can actually get in for free). It’s the most thoughtful children's playground I’ve ever seen. There are many play areas, including motorized rides and non-motorized playgrounds (climbing frames, trampolines, etc.). They even installed many fans and resting spots in the non-motorized area, truly considering both moms and dads. There’s also an indoor mini pet house within the playground, fulfilling three wishes at once. The Ferris wheel is also brand new, with fans inside and soft seats, making it the most comfortable Ferris wheel I’ve ever ridden (though it only opened in May this year, so I hope the maintenance keeps up!). We visited on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded, but all the staff were great. The cosplaying young ladies and gentlemen were very nice, interacting and playing games with kids and adults alike, even in thick costumes on a hot day – very dedicated! There are still some new facilities being perfected, so some areas weren't accessible (a specific suggestion: for the climbing waterfall area, perhaps provide communal climbing shoes. In summer, with the water park open, many visitors wear flip-flops, and you need sports or climbing shoes for this activity, so it’s a shame if you can’t play without them). However, this is understandable, and I hope the management continues its great work!
Finally, the hot spring area is also excellent, with many outdoor pools that are clean and hygienic. The changing rooms thoughtfully provide three bath towels in each locker! We went on a non-holiday, and the experience was truly great. I hope they can maintain this level of experience during holidays as well. We will definitely come back if we get the chance!

FFeihuasanyueThis hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.
