GGuest UserThe room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions.
However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive.
The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point.
Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Abha, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with only a few minor issues, such as the soundproofing of the rooms, where all sounds were audible, and the room service not changing the towels during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. I would also like to thank all the respectful and helpful staff.

GGuest UserAl-Bahrain is a very good tourist city in Saudi Arabia, but it is still a very conservative Arab city. Many restaurants do not have English menus or English-speaking service staff. However, this hotel is very international and has very complete hotel facilities. It is a highly recommended choice for both business and tourism.

GGuest UserHonestly, I didn't expect the place to be this good for the price. We paid around 300 for 5 nights. The location is fantastic, close to Fog Walkway, Abu Khayal Park, Al Akhdar Mountain, and several other nearby parks. The only thing that bothered me was the internet; it was really bad and kept disconnecting. There's a restaurant downstairs, and whether it's noisy or not depends on your luck. If you get an upstairs room, it's quiet. If you're on the first floor, there's a bit of noise from the staff until about 11 PM when the restaurant closes. But overall, it's excellent for the price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
