Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice.
This hotel is Fabulous!!! Beautifully renovated with high end furnishings & decor, very large rooms & bathrooms, very large restaurant offers indoor & outdoor seating, great food & menu.
We will definitely return!!!
Three people chose a three-bed room. Each bed was large, the toilet was separated into wet and dry areas, and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high! Highly recommended! It's also very close to the attractions
The location is excellent, though it's more akin to a motel. However, be sure to distinguish it from the 'plus' version of the same brand; many people mistakenly go to the wrong one. This particular property, however, boasts a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. It's the kind of hotel one would expect in a small town like Page.
Very close to Grand Canyon National Park, located in a small town, so transportation is super convenient. However, the facilities and hardware are quite basic, but that's typical for the US. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and the room was a good size.

Perfect for families. We booked a studio which was perfect for 3 (pull out couch for kid). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean but could use updating. Perfect size for us. We thought the location was great! Out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona. Close to Bell Rock and the shuttle pick up for Cathedral Rock. Chapel of the Holy Cross was close by as well (all close driving distance). The heated outdoor pool was great! We used during unseasonably cool week of 40 degrees. Hot tub was awesome. We would go back!
Of all the Hampton Inn hotels I stayed at during my trip to the US, this was the only one I was genuinely satisfied with. The Hampton chain consistently suffers from two main issues: incredibly loud air conditioning and breakfast options that are utterly unsuited for Asian palates. Honestly, I'll never consider Hampton my top choice for any future trips to the US.
The hotel was nice needed some updating. The checking people very nice n subjected places to get n get cheap gas. The breakfast was good for traveling. I would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.
Breakfast is really average, no need to order
There are enough free parking spaces. Very good.
The hotel has a good location and a great view
The waiters are friendly, some of them bring their children to work, which feels very humane and values the family life of employees. I hope Chinese companies can learn more and be more humane.
The room is clean and tidy. High cost performance

SSuperdaveAgain, not much to complain for the price that I paid, it has all the essentials to have a comfortable stay, except the bed, way too soft...
MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!
JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
LLisa🌟 A Delightful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by the Airport 🌟
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Country Inn & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions.
🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home.
🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day.
✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free.
Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back!

3300779****It's an older hotel with backward facilities. There is a free shuttle bus and it's not far from the airport. I paid prepaid via Ctrip, but the old man at the front desk insisted that I didn't pay and deducted more than 300 US dollars from me. Later, I asked Ctrip to intervene, and the next day I went to the manager to solve it. It took almost a month to refund the money. I will not book this hotel again.
GGuest UserThis hotel is old, the facilities are very old, there is an airport shuttle bus, the staff is polite and welcoming, but it is still too expensive, it feels not worth the price.

GGuest UserWe booked a suite with Baymont when we made our reservations. We did not receive a suite. Upon our arrival we asked if they had new construction going on. The lady at the desk informed us that they had renovations on going. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and seem very curt and wanting to disengage with us. We received our room key and went to the room using the elevator which had construction going on at the entrance to the elevator. We proceeded to room 225 and were very surprised to note that the striker plate on the door frame was not there. The door latch would just be in the hole where the striker plate should be installed, and the door was not secure. The room was not completely furnished. A table and chairs were missing. We were very disappointed and will not stay there again. I am curious why would the lady at the front desk put us in a room under construction and /or not completed yet? I believe you have a serious problem with staff and their people skills. Thank You !!! Our booking number is ***********, our confirmation number is *************.
