Hotels With Gym in Lusaka Province, Zambia

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything. Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check. Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement. Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance. Overall great stay

Booked this hotel, ticking search boxes for pool and steam room. Hotel itself was fine but there was no swimming pool and their steam room was out of order! Their food was good as was their service at breakfast. It had a charge to use the executive lounge facilities even though I had paid for executive floor room, NO NO! You don't double charge your guests! The hotel kindly moved me to Holiday Inn which had those facilities. I ask Trip.com yet again to ensure that your hotel descriptions are accurate. I have lost 271gbp due to this error and yet Trip.com only want to compensate me 100gbp. So booking through trip.com I just lost 171gbp! Trip.com you need to start to take care of your customers; what is the point of my diamond membership with you if I am simply going to be ripped off? I would NOT stay at this hotel again even though they advertise to be 5 star but have NO pool and they charge you for executive lounge, please take a leaf from your competitors who offer such services and it is all inclusive when you pay for executive room. Dismayed business traveller!!

🌿The cleaner’s ingenuity and dexterity help clean up the dirt of life bit by bit, allowing the sunlight to shine through the window and fill the entire room. Hygiene is not just a superficial effort, but also a life attitude and cultivation. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و✧*｡

Convenient location, and the room facilities and hygiene meet standards. I didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that.

Didn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

A very clean hotel, well maintained with friendly staff. Radisson breakfasts are always amazing, never fails to impress. Definitely staying there next time. Room was huge and i got a free upgrade!

Great pool with friendly staff. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Internet was patchy.

Facilities: The room is large and has a terrace. Health: Medium level Environment: There is an Italian restaurant downstairs Service: Check-in is slow

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected. The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.
