If you’re traveling without small kids or elderly people, this is a nice, calm place to stay. (!) Please note that the location is uphill and at the end of a small street, but it’s right across from the main road, and the beach is only about a 7-minute walk away. The room was very clean and in good condition. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Recommend!

Experience details: We stayed at their room kubo style for 2 nights. 1500 per night. Hello owner, please hear us out 😊 -No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location. - No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs. - Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon. - if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road. - If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner. - Towels must be asked. - Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu. - The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯 - If you just want a place to stay, you can book here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you guys have provided us. Hoping that you may consider upgrading your pool & facilities. By the way, paintings are beautiful 😍

I am so happy that I chose Boracay Breeze Hotel for my trip! From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything was perfect. • Location: The location is great! Super convenient at madaling puntahan ang mga highlights sa island. • Cleanliness: Sobrang linis ng rooms and the entire hotel. You can tell they really maintain the place well. • Staff Services: This is the highlight of my stay! All the staff are so friendly—lagi silang nakasmile at bumabati tuwing makikita ka. You really feel the warm welcome and excellent service. • Amenities: Everything I needed was there, and it made my stay very comfortable. Super happy talaga ako sa experience na ito. To all the staff, thank you for making our vacation extra special. Babalik ako rito for sure! Highly recommended! 🏖️✨

One of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗 The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.

The Hotel is okey. Just need to contact the property one day before to prepare the room for check in for no hazzle. The aminities is good. Friendly for the kids. Kids can play and free access in the swimming pool.

The price of a regular resort, but the room of a high-end star hotel! It's very clean and bright, a stark contrast to the old, run-down hotels I've stayed in the Philippines before. The room facilities are brand new, no mosquitoes, no strange smells – something most Filipino hotels in the same price range can't achieve. From May to October, you can walk right out to the beach for island hopping, which is incredibly convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk to the D'Mall area, yet super quiet at night for a good sleep! I booked two rooms, and one of them didn't include breakfast, but ordering breakfast at the resort's restaurant is very affordable, so there's no need to worry if yours doesn't come with it. This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during my many trips to the Philippines!

Honestly, we absolutely loved it! We were on the island for 6 days, 3 days at another hotel and 3 days here. If we had known how much we'd enjoy it, we would have come straight here. Everything around is clean, freshly painted, and the grounds are lush – it’s just a really pleasant sight. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and were very happy with it. The villa itself is authentic; you feel like you're walking through a museum, admiring everything. The staff (girls) were friendly. On our first day, it felt like we were the only ones there. Later, more guests arrived, but we only really saw them at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you can definitely fill up, and the setting is so grand, you feel like royalty! There’s a clean pool with sun loungers, and we even took a dip a couple of times. If we ever go back to Boracay, we would 100% return here.

WONDERFUL STAY Our three night stay began with problems. The hotel was double booked and we couldn't be accommodated for the second night. Fortunately the owner found us an excellent resort for that night and drove us there and back. The owner, his wife and all the staff were absolutely amazing. We've done a lot of travelling in the past year and this group of people were the friendliest by far. On a point of cleanliness, my wife lost a diamond earring in the room. We found it but only after turning the room upside down. The room was spotless!. As we were about to check out the owners gave us a cake for our anniversary. Great hosts and hope to see them again.

The room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests. The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though. Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable. For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest. I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those. The shower works fine, just not super powerful. Towels and the CR are clean — always a win.
