reginstravelsLocation is great. Near the tram station and old city. Clean rooms. Bathroom needs improvement a bit in terms of amenities.

No hot water, the AC is shouting like a rocket, owner's quarrel with a traveler wakened all guests at midnight. This is still one of the few available places for low-budget travellers, but I will not visit again as long as I have any other options.
