Traveling solo in Hawaii can get expensive, so this place was excellent for sticking to a budget. Inside the pod, I'd occasionally hear people on the phone late at night, but it was generally quiet and I had no issues. The restrooms, sinks, and showers often weren't as clean as they could be, so a bit more frequent cleaning would have been a nice improvement. However, for this price, I don't think there's another hotel that offers a private space like this, so I'm very satisfied.

The location is excellent, in the town center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's convenient for visiting the volcano and close to the airport. Cleanliness, at least superficially, seems acceptable. Breakfast ends around 8:00 or 8:30, consisting of chocolate waffles and coffee… Is there a deposit for check-in? All credit card information was manually entered, which was a first for me and made me very uneasy afterwards. My security code was also specifically verified… I suggest checking if cash is available.

Music is very loud, all day long. Feels like for youth and teenagers. We wanted enjoying book or spend calm evenings after activities on the island. It would be great if neutral music were playing quietly in the background without disturbing anyone. Please don’t forget that you have guests of different ages and interests staying here-kindly take this into consideration. Also wanted take a nap lunch time, because loud techno music, I could not relax

Quite a nice hostel with helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation well organized, detailed information sent in advance by email. Access to the hostel and room by individual code. Mini breakfast with coffee included, kitchen available if someone wants to cook something themselves. During rush hour you have to wait a bit for a bathroom. Without your own car, access by buses (to the transit center they go about every 30 minutes).

This was my first time staying in hostel and I definitely want to stay in hostel when I get to come back in Hawaii. They offer so many opportunities to meet people from hostel. The rooftop was great and the restroom was also clean. But the bed was little uncomfortable because I stayed in the top and I could feel every little move from the person staying under.

This is a very distinctive hotel, received us as a very kind old lady, the service is very good. It feels like a villa, very quiet, surrounded by woods, and shared hot springs. The villa is up and down, there is a shared hall, a bucket of mineral water is placed in the room, the password opens the door and the room door, the room is quite big, the facilities are also complete, it is to see if you like this old style. Breakfast and dinner are very special, I like this style very much.

The best thing about it was how affordable it was. It's right by the beach and has a dome-like structure, so people come and go on the bunk beds almost every day, but everyone is friendly if you strike up a conversation, so it's perfect for people who don't mind that kind of environment. The reception staff were also nice and helpful. If I ever go to Hawaii again, I'll book it again.

Extremely Excellent! Will recommend to all friends who have plan to Hilo then. 這次我們衹住了一晚，很少，早知道應該多訂幾晚的。比島上別的大酒店住的舒服多了。環境就是在hilo側某山坡上的一個莊園，地勢比較高，遠遠的能看到大海。距離hilo鎮子中心大概開車20分鐘左右，離火山公園的A觀測點大約50分鐘車程。還蠻方便的，比從Kona開過來方便很多。 這個莊園最完美的是自帶的廚房和洗衣房，當然還有超級可愛的小貓咪們。別墅的話自帶廚房，但是東西不多，沒有烤箱，在hall building裏有非常完善的大廚房，光咖啡機就有仨。冰箱裏有牛奶雞蛋這些基礎的食材，自己做完早餐後可以拿去陽台看着海景吃，超讚。Laundry一般早上使用的人會有點多，可能需要等一下，不過大家都是快洗一些貼身衣服，也蠻方便的。主要是住酒店還得另外花錢，這個還是民宿比較棒啦。 我們住的別墅是要開車再往莊園裡走一圈，車停好已經有兩衹小貓咪聽到聲音蹲在門口了。喵喵喵的貼貼，超級暖。還有一衹小黃，一開門就往房間裏竄，熟門熟路的很呢。hall的客廳裏有個小本本，好多住客都留下了和小貓咪的合照，好温馨。 房間裏設施都很新，床具也很舒服。晚上安靜的很~衹有蟬鳴和悉悉索索的小鳥叫聲，睡醒拉開窗簾就是遠處的大海，心情美極了！超推薦這家！

The location is very good, 100 meters away from the Wal-Mart supermarket, there are many dining options around, about 120 meters away from the Civic Center transportation terminal.

該酒店靠近火山國家公園，位於森林之中，晚上可以聽到好聽的鳥叫。酒店主人很nice，可以體驗真正的美式家庭早餐。
