This stay left a lasting impression on me. The location is excellent, close to the airport. Our room was spacious, the service excellent, the room clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional, and the experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. It was excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundlessly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out any outside noise. I used the hotel's gym, which was very new and well-maintained. The breakfast was extensive, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine.
The room was fantastic! It was a private villa with two pools, one outdoors and one in the bathroom. Both were spacious enough to comfortably fit three or four adults. My parents, who are frequent hot spring-goers, immediately recognized the familiar sulfur smell when they turned on the hot spring water and raved about it. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while it was snowing was incredibly relaxing. The complimentary goodnight milk was also a nice touch. And they even had yak meat and matsutake mushrooms for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious!
The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter.
It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

I heard the hotel is quite expensive in summer, so coming in winter during the off-peak season was a good decision. It offers good value for money. If you're staying at the hotel and not planning to visit the Cloudland scenic area, you can ask the hotel butler to register you, and you can enter the park without buying a ticket.
The hotel's ski resort is also decent, with fewer people, making it a good spot to practice skiing. However, the magic carpet takes an awfully long time, which feels like a waste of time. You ski down quickly, but then spend ages on the magic carpet. The intermediate and advanced slopes have a cable car, but that also takes a while. If you hire a coach, this time is quite inefficient.
The room has both air conditioning and underfloor heating. It can get uncomfortably hot, so I had to open the door to feel comfortable. The courtyard is great for kids to play and dig in the snow. Overall, it's pretty good. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's enough to fill you up.
The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly.
I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference.
On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.
My biggest worry about the high altitude was lack of oxygen, especially since it was my first time there. The room at Banlan had 24-hour oxygen supply, so I slept soundly until dawn without any problems. The room's details were even more surprising: a smart toilet, an air humidifier, and even face masks. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I've stayed at this hotel more than anyone else. The bathroom glass door wasn't even wet. The most amazing thing was that the carpets in the public areas and corridors were vacuumed daily. The newly renovated hotel had no unpleasant odors. The front desk service was exceptional; they treated guests like family and were incredibly welcoming. They even gave me special advice on things to be aware of at high altitudes, as if they understood me perfectly. It's a truly perfect hotel, and I would easily recommend it to anyone.
We stopped at this hotel for a rest before heading to Sayram Lake. If your room rate is over ¥180, they can issue an invoice for one person, which includes free admission to the Sayram Lake hiking trail. If you're driving, you'll need to pay an additional ¥75 for a self-driving ticket. The hotel rooms are spacious, pet-friendly (cats and dogs are welcome), and there are many restaurants nearby. The location is also excellent; it's only an hour's drive to Sayram Lake, making it a perfect stopover. There's a very delicious restaurant nearby called Toksun No. 1; I highly recommend it.
I came to Shaya in the middle of the night to book a temporary room. I originally booked Venus next door. I read it wrong. I expected that the experience was not very good. The facade looks very general, but the interior is very unusual. The design of the room is duplex, very good. It is the best experience to come to Xinjiang this time. (With video) unexpected harvest.
The fly in the ointment is that the breakfast supply is not enough, I hope it can be improved.

HHuang-hRoom hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.

LLaowangdelvjiIsn't this the garden in my dream? The flowers planted in the boss's homestay are very fond of. It is quite a happy thing to live in such a treasure courtyard during the trip. There are mainly a lot of fruits, but unfortunately they are not mature, otherwise they will be finished for the boss. When chatting with the boss, she said that every tree in the yard and every potted flower were planted by her own hands. Such a homestay run by a person who loves life and has a good heart can feel every detail. She said that doing a homestay is to share the beauty, show the beauty of her heart, and attract guests with the same frequency to stay. The homestay is a bridge to build friendship for her. We also unconsciously ate a handful of dog food. The boss and the proprietress are the first love of each other. The homestay is a gift from the boss to her. Her name is Simeng, and the homestay uses the dream word in her name. My wife turned around and looked at me. I hurriedly said that I had to work hard for such a big gift. It's so good, I saw true love. This is an unexpected little surprise on the way.

AAnonymous UserService: Absolutely fantastic! They helped with my luggage at the entrance and even carried it to my room – incredibly welcoming.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very comfortable.
Facilities: Smart technology, heated bathroom, and a hot spring area – just let us know in advance to enjoy it.
Garden-style architecture, a very generous breakfast in the morning, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.
GGuest UserBecause of participating in swimming competitions, I arrived in Tacheng by car all the way to the snow and dark. I booked a hotel near the swimming pool in advance. The hotel service is very good, the floor heating is hot, the room is clean, and the humidifier is also equipped. The stay experience is very good. The free breakfast buffet food is quite rich and the nutrition is good. The hotel also has a children's entertainment area, which is friendly with parents and children. We sent Tangquan experience coupons when we were tired and didn't go to the bubble. Many guests took their children to go. It is estimated that it is very comfortable. Because the game needs to photocopy the certificate, I asked the front desk casually, enthusiastically helped to photocopy, ready to pay, the front desk lady said it was free service. Ah! Too intimate, like 👍 This hotel is very cost-effective, highly recommended ❤️

GGuest UserWe went back to Duku and stopped at Dushanzi for a rest. We stayed at Bingfeng. We saw the beautiful sunset as soon as we arrived. We were so lucky. The hotel has a beautiful environment. The terrace room we booked can see the snow-capped mountains and deserts. The dinner tasted good at 10 pm when we arrived at the hotel. The service staff were very gentle. We also gave souvenirs when we left the hotel. It was a great experience. I recommend it.

SSmall1slandAltay Guili Hotel experience exceeded expectations! The snow view window is picturesque, the room is warm and clean, and the floor heating is extra points. The staff is simple and welcoming, friendly and friendly. The breakfast is full of local characteristics and the price is very high. Close to the ski resort, convenient to play. Next time I come to Altay, I will choose here ~
