It was an awesome time at point hotel taksim, the receptionists were friendly, customer care dest was fantastic and breakfast was sumptuous..I will come back and stay with them again... beautiful hotel

The service at the reception was 5-star and the location is very convenient. The gym is excellent. I was disappointed the hamam was cold and there was no indoor or outdoor pool or hot spring / onsen. The sauna staff were very focused on selling packages than helping the customers - for example the water dispenser was not working and no one was interested to fix it. There is no area in the hotel for smoking (like a terrace or smoker’s area) so you need to leave the hotel.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They even added an extra bed for us in advance as requested. I got a fever right after arriving in Turkey, and the hotel was very proactive in helping by sending up a thermometer.

However, there was a serious issue with noise. The rooms next to mine were very noisy. I returned to my room around 3:00 AM, but early in the morning the neighboring guests left their door open and were talking and shouting loudly. Because of this, I was not able to sleep properly. I hope the hotel management will take stronger measures to control noise and ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests. Thank you

The location is a bit out of the way, not near the bustling Hagia Sophia or Istiklal Avenue. The main issue was that we arrived at 3 AM. During check-in, we confirmed with the front desk that we needed a smoking room. However, after the lobby boy led us to the room, he told us smoking wasn't allowed. We had to call the front desk again to clarify, wasting another 15 minutes in back-and-forth communication. Ultimately, we had to compromise and switch rooms. Plus, my parents' room wasn't even on the same floor as mine. However, I'm very grateful for the bellhop's help and detailed explanations. It's a shame we arrived at the airport too late that day and didn't have cash for a tip.

Depreciated hotel. The windows were old and you could hear everything from outside and it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast did not impress at all! The location of the hotel is good.The free parking was a big advantage !!!!

Hotel location is not in the old town but it is still in excellent location as it is next to Levent Subway station (M2) and it has 3 large shopping malls with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also money-changer in one of the 3 malls, which is opened to 8pm. If you want familiar fast food, there is McDonald's and KFC opposite the hotel. Room and toilet are new and modern furnishings. Breakfast is the best amongst the hotels which stayed in our 13 days stay in Turkey. Wide variety of Turkish deserts, sweets, and local food for breakfast. There is mini-bar, safe, slippers, bathrobes, full range of toiletries. Hotel also modern gym. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Highly recommend.

This all-suite hotel was an exceptional experience. The accommodations provided everything I needed, starting with a spacious one-bedroom unit that included a separate living room and a very comfortable sofa. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen and the striking sky view from the room. A Note on Location: While the hotel's location in the hills is not ideal for easy commuting or if you plan on walking everywhere, I found it to be the best treat I could get for myself because I rented a car. For anyone traveling with their own vehicle, this hotel is a highly recommended and rewarding choice.

The service was exceptional, right from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and explained everything clearly. Breakfast was decent, and the location is great – there's a park behind the hotel, and it's quite quiet. Looking forward to staying here again!

I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.
