This 3 bedroom South Philly home is perfectly located between the the Italian Market and East Passyunk, home to some of Philly's best restaurants, bars and shops.

Bella Vista is a lovely family neighborhood. The Italian Market is half a block from the home. Get your groceries in the open air market or stroll through the meat and cheese markets! There are so many great brunch spots, bars, restaurants, and foods of all kinds! The famous cheese steak corner (Pat's and Gino's) is a stone's throw away.

Many bus lines run through the neighborhood, and the nearest Broad Street subway stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Check out the SEPTA site for specific info.

Parking can be tricky in the neighborhood as many blocks are limited to 2 hours until evening. There are some parking garages/lots near by.
