The room was reasonable, nothing too special. However, the owner left a really impressive impression to me personally! It seems that she owns other services in the area, and she was so kind to me! The cafe was closed due to the absence of the staff, but she nicely told me to get coffee from other cafes and just sit at the cafe!

When we arrived and checked in the reception staff was not very welcoming, not helpful and kind of rude. After checking in, we asked where is the nearest 7 Eleven and he lied that there in none close by, “very far away”’ so another guest helped us instead it was 7 minutes walk. The kitchen and bars sometimes charged more than what’s written on their menu such us drink for 90baht for 110baht. When asked why, we were told surcharge for hotel patrons. After that we hardly interacted with the restaurant bar or reception staff. The room service staff are very kind and nice most of the time. The floor are dirty all the times not mopped from day1-7, we cannot walked barefoot in the room too dirty. All linen and other facilities are provided all the time. Shower screen is not covering enough therefore after every shower water splashes everywhere. Lift 🛗 can be dangerous, always press the button before entering because it almost injures my hand 🤨. There should be a warning for patron for preventing anyone getting injures by the lift!

Small studio with everything necessary. Washing machine, microwave, shower with tools, there is even a washing machine and washing powder. Very tiny balcony, large comfortable bed. The hostess is always in touch, answers any questions. In 5 minutes walk, the entrance to the Phuket Central Festival. On the side of the parking lot, closer to Flores. The condominium has a lot of Russian-speaking with its gastronomic addictions, so local macacheniers have been built. Right to the entrance after lunch come mants, olives and hamburgers. 7/11 right behind the corner.

I traveled for business, and overall, it was a good experience for me. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Big C and various shops. The outdoor parking area is spacious. The pool is large but has a bit too much chlorine. The room isn’t very new, but it’s acceptable. The hotel is next to a Western restaurant that opens early in the morning and closes at midnight. Overall, I like this hotel.

Travelodge is a bit away from Old Town. There is not much around the hotel but the biggest mall is nearby if you like shopping . The hotel has a lovely pool and gym . The room was clean and very spacious. I can not fault the room and bathroom at all . The breakfast was a bit disappointing , dishes were cold , pasta was hard , pasta sauce was runny , very limited choices . Despite this I will stay here again and recommend it if you have a bike or happy to take taxi . The airport bus stop is only 15 min walk away and the bus is 100baht - this is a bonus compared to the price of private transport to the airport .

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel in a very secluded area. The breakfast was great with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The views are spectacular and the amenities perfect for a stay of one or twig nights or even two weeks… knock your socks off if you go for the two weeks, pricey, but well worth it. The staff were excellent and nothing was ever too much of a bother at all.!

Was quiet disappointed as they only supply bath towels and only one per person, no wash clothes and no utility towels as well and if you need a clean one you have to exchange at the front desk for a new one. I turned in three and supposedly their was only 2 be in the room and maid service must of made a mistake and was going to be reprimanded for it. My concern was being charged for the towel out of my security deposit, front desk assured me I wouldn't that the maid service was to blame. Wash clothes was the most stupidest thing I have ever encountered when staying at a hotel, I went to the front desk to ask for one and they replied use the bath towel to wash your face. Very disappointed cause than I had to bring it back for a dry towel, same applied if you went to the pool. I consider this a HUGE inconvenience and intolerant. So I don't recommend staying there just for that reason alone, I know I'll never return. Arrived late around 10:00 nothing in area was open to eat except McDonald's 10 minutes away by car if you had one, had to take shuttle driver from airport 45 minutes drive. Only one convenient thing was the shopping mall was within walking distance. Outside of that bad location and not very safe feeling.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location to get around patong area and other beaches. I was very surprised how quiet the area was during the night. We were anticipating it to be quite loud as we were right by a busy road. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. A little outdated, but stil served its purpose. Washing machine were located right outside our room. 40 baht charge per load. Would recommend if your not fussed about room deco etc.

Everything was great. From the cozy, soft bed to the pool on the roof, where it is simply incredible to watch the sunset. You can smoke on the balcony. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

It's just good and reasonable price if you're in tight budget. You get what you pay ! The bed is not that comfortable I think it's good if you're planning only sleep at night. And the thing I like the most is the 3th floor common area. It's very wide and you can enjoy rooftop view as long as you want. Furthermore, there's a washing machine you can do your laundry there it costs only 20B I like it!

It was useless. The other was actually Thai. I was going to unload the happy card and install the domestic card. It is estimated that the buddy saw that I was really anxious and responded to the situation. The female boss and the boss adjusted a room. I heard that the man had another hotel in the Thai English cavity and immediately calmed down. another hotel ok i follew you followed him into the door. The steamer-like two-cart kept saying hot hot. The man asked if China was not hot. I said my hometown is winter now very cold I want to say how much below zero. Said that the Thai also said that my English is good, too much, but because of the blessing of the disaster, upgraded to a homestay. The environment is really good. There is a big bathtub under the floor-to-ceiling window. There is also a balcony facing the back mountain. I used the hotel's hot water bottle to burn 5 pots of water and washed a half hot bath. The kettle is overheating and cannot be protected continuously. It takes a while to cool down. It takes too long. The hot water is not enough.

Cozy, quiet place. The room is clean, has everything you need, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning. Every day they put water in the room after cleaning. There are bottles of shampoo, etc. The pool is good, there are sun loungers around it. The whole area is planted with trees and flowers. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach (Kata), 35 minutes to Karon. But you can rent a bike, 250 baht if the owner's bike is free, 350 for others if the owner's bike is busy. The owner herself speaks English well, you can solve any problem. Remoteness has advantages, there are inexpensive but tasty cafes with friendly staff and a 7-11 store nearby. I definitely recommend this place.

Very close to the airport but few facilities I wanted to arrange Shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel. But no one responded to the email It only takes 10 minutes to call the hotel and the fare is about 170 Thai dollars. It’s even cheaper if your hotel arranges a car (it costs 200 Thai dollars) The hotel does not have slippers or toothpaste, but toothbrushes are provided However, the hotel staff was kind and informed that if you want to purchase, you need to go to a convenience store. P.S I have a very cute puppy. Bonus points! 😂

I visited this hotel for family trip in Phuket. This hotel was located in the heart of Patong and even if midnight, I could go to eatery and convenience store in this town. It’s Rosewood, what could possibly go wrong? Nothing 😘 Had such an amazing time there even though it was only for a short time. It definitely gave me a little bit of Club Med vibes but Rosewood is the luxury version of it. Shout out to Khun Bua, our butler during our stay, for taking such great care of me and my kids. This hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but we felt like it's only 3 star, cleanliness is poor, we stayed for 7 nights, they never changed the bed sheets and the general cleaning of the room was poor. Also more then one activity was out of service, like the kids zone, the air-conditioning wasn't working also ladies massage and spa was out of service. However we loved the pool.

I'll start with the location, the hotel is located on a hill, offering excellent views of Patong, but this is the downside, it's hard to climb the hill if you don't have transport. It’s a bit far from the sea (20 minutes walk) Service 10/5 speak good English. The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great! The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet). For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant. Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

Bangtao Beach Modern Wind Pool Villa, great experience! This trip to Phuket chose the modern wind pool villa at Bangtao Beach, it is so wise! The Thai butler service is super intimate and responsive. Any problem can be solved quickly, so that our vacation has no worries. The villa is very new and well equipped. The pool is awesome, the moment you turn on the lights, it is beautiful, and there is a massage function. It is very comfortable to open the massage when you are tired. The four bedrooms are equipped with separate bathrooms, and the living room has a separate guest bathroom. It is too convenient for many people to travel, and there will be no trouble in use at all. The combination of washing machine and dryer is also great. The clothes after drying are not wrinkled and can be worn directly. The ice making function of the refrigerator adds a lot of coolness and convenience to the tropical holiday. The air conditioner is quickly cooled and can be felt as soon as you enter the room. Every detail of the villa shows the quality and comfort, and every day spent here is relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommended to friends who come to Phuket to travel and want to enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience!

We had a very nice stay, so much so that we even checked in there a second time during the same vacation. The background was another hotel with which we were unfortunately not at all satisfied. The hotel has a very large and beautifully landscaped pool. The rooms are well furnished, unfortunately a bit noisy. During our second stay we had very noisy neighbors, which meant we were able to observe this very closely. The location is OK and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own cafe with good food, good coffee and very tasty desserts. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier can be reached very quickly. However, you should generally rent a vehicle as other places are more difficult to reach. We would go there again.

Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.
