Hygiene: Very good, clean and tidy.
Environment: Close to the city center, good surroundings.
Service: The front desk staff was particularly arrogant, not only impatient but also very pushy. They gave me a cheaper room than the expensive one I booked, and it only got resolved after I complained. Got different stories from different front office staff regarding my bill. My room didnt have a safe. I was told some rooms dont have safes!!

Anonymous UserAnonymous UserLocation is great, a few minutes walk to düsseldorf hbf, and maybe 10 to 15 mins walk to the ”Small Tokyo street”. The staff from hotel is very nice with pleasant smile, english communication is definitely no problem. The only thing was the shower drain. I am not sure it's because of the drain design or something else, it didn't work well. The water wasn't flowing into the pipe, causing a pool of standing water in the shower area. I wore a disposable glove (luckily I had a pair in my bag 🎉) and managed to clear some hair out of the drain. This released a bad smell, so I guess it wasn't ”fresh hair” 🙄. Anyhow, the drain seemed to work better later on. Considering the room rate, I will probably choose this hotel again.🙈

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out easy. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Düsseldorf and using public transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit.Guest UserGuest UserAfter it was changed from Nikko to Clayton, this was my 2nd stay. I was received by a Japanese staff at the counter (Ms Tomiko - I hope I got her name spelt correctly - if not, my sincere apologies to her!). She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She accommodated my request for early check in after I told her I a very tired as I just arrived in Frankfurt that very morning and drove for 3 hours to Düsseldorf. She was also kind to advise me to park at QPark in order to save the parking fee. She is really very helpful and thoughtful!
And at night, when I realised that the air conditioning was not functioning as expected, I had a room changed immediately when I called up the staff, in which it was a perfect room with powerful air conditioning system!
All in all, it is certainly a great experience to start my business trip!
Anonymous UserAnonymous User這酒店是性價比之王。從三個角度來分析，第一個，它的位置離多特蒙德火車站才小几百米，走路拐個彎就到了，非常方便，哪怕是凌晨兩點鐘也很安全。第二，這個酒店的設施還算可以的。它房間小，但是挺乾淨，周邊還在施工，施工完了會更好。按這個價格來説呢，性價比是超值的。第三，他的工作人員服務態度還是可以的，而且不像傳統的德國人，他們還會很靈活變通的幫客户解決問題。如果有機會我還會再過來，就這個性價比，那真是絕了！Dominic_chinaDominic_chinaGood location if you use Düsseldorf Hbf is your priority, as it is just a 3-5 minute walk from the trains and trams, making it perfect for early departures or late arrivals.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean but not very spacious, however I had a small balcony which was a nice addition. The furniture leans towards ”dated” but still very acceptable for me.
Rooms on the street side can be quite noisy despite having good windows. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the courtyard or bring some earplugs.
